Now I don’t know about the facility because we didn’t make it that far, so this is about our experience with the staff. My mother called earlier in the day about getting a tour of the apartments and spoke with the property manager Marissa. She let my mother know that they show apartments from 10am-3:30pm on certain days. We show up about 3:00pm, go to the leasing office which said it’s closed for lunch. We knock a couple of times, eventually a staff member, who was not Marissa, barely opens the door to say that she’s on lunch. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet us, nor offers any alternatives
