Had a friend that had a lot of issues with this place and I saw them when visiting. Gnat coming out of drains(neighbors also had this issue), water boiler not working, ac problems, and failure of management to address these issues. Needless to say I’m happy my friend moved out and would encourage others to avoid this place until they address all of this, though that’s unlikely.

This place is absolutely DREADFUL I had bugs crawling out of my drains, and I literally witnessed a woman get assaulted. My breaker was tripped from a bad fuse and it took DAYS to fix in the middle of winter. All my food went bad. When I tried politely to get it resolved they were VERY RUDE. 0/5 The outhouse I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to a take a dump in.

Service rep Miguel is on his game. He calls .e by name.The complex is huge. He went out of his way to bring me my new mail keys. He helps maintenance move quicker. I appreciate him. I would give him 5 stars. The complex only gets 3. Maintenance is slow. Can take a week or more. Both Pools are not always open. Pools need to be opened longer hours.

The maintenance man, Tony, did an awesome job assisting me with my faucet. I put the request in this morning at 5am, and my issue was immediately fixed. I have nothing but good things to say about this gentleman! Thank you Pelican Cove for hiring such down to earth and helpful staff members.

I have been a resident of Pelican Cove for more than 5 years and it’s been peaceful, the staff is friendly and willing to help no matter what the problem. We all know 2020 was a rough year but we got through it and the staff, management and maintenance did what they could to stay safe and keep us safe while working through this difficult time.

To many problems for the price their asking for. Before here I lived off new Florissant and I didn’t have any problems at that apartment like I’ve had here constant issue after issue

I’ve lived at Pelican Cove for nearly 4 years and have had a wonderful experience. The office & maintenance staff are always so helpful and friendly to deal with. I would recommend Pelican Cove to anyone looking for an apartment!
