Worst of the worst! Entire staff is rude and unprofessional. Never been insulted in all my years. Never will I return. If you can invest in a home, please do and stay away from this place. They really don't care, will accuse you of anything so they will not be held accountable. So, document EVERYTHING to cover yourself! And KNOW your rights!

First time ever in my life renting a apartment and talked to staff on Facebook and everything seem fine until I moved in , staff was very rude and intimidating especially Angie or angel or whatever her name is. I had complaints when I haven’t even been there for a month and I work two jobs so I’m barely home , got my car broken into 2 times and my apartment wasn’t worth what I was paying I didn’t even care to break my lease I had to get outta there definitely not worth it , better off taking your money else where

I personally don't live here but I would I have a friend that lives there and her place is nice the staff from what she says are awesome from the new supervisor to the grounds keeper the grounds are looking alot better, if I ever get in the market are need another apartment Stonehaven will be that place

Definitely NOT renewing my lease again. i was late on rent for the first time ever after almost 3 years because I thought it was on autopay and got slapped with a $50 late fee and notified of the missing payment via email 5 days after it was due. Then they add the extreme inconvenience and extra cost of having to pay with a money order because my account was put on a "hold" they apparently couldn't release so I was unable to pay online. Angie, the manager, told me if she lifted mine she'd have to do it for everyone.. uh, no that's obviously not my expectation or ask but I do think a one-time courtesy

So far my experience has been good. The application process was quick, easy, and the office staff has always been friendly especially Mrs. Cynthia. I’m satisfied with my unit and the space. It’s pretty quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I do love the fact that I can submit maintenance request and pay my rent online.
The only issues I have is the poor insulation downstairs, the water pressure and the squirrels on my roof that drive me crazy literally all day and night. They always wake me up and very distracting while I’m working from home but that might be out of their control.
