I am a big fan of great customer service and Jackie the property manger at Village Square nailed it. I called with a couple questions about there pet policy and how long there lease options were and she went above any beyond. She was so friendly. It was easy talking to her and explaining to her what I was looking for.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000 due seven days after the notice is given. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I would like to thank management for taking the time to explain in detail the expectation required to move in without any delays and to ensure I have what is needed and that Iām ready to make the right decision. Jackie took her time helping me make decisions that best fit my budget and needs. I look forward to seeing you soon An hopefully making this my new home. The Atmosphere is very impressive as well.
