We have worked with Julia for several years. First, she managed the rental of our Belltown condo. She took all the stress out of finding tenants. When it came time to sell, she consulted with us and really listened, then expertly guided us with her knowledge of the market. She coordinated all the details of site prep, coordinating with building management, painters, etc. We appreciated her quick responses with communications. In short, she’s on top of things. But the best part about working with Julia is that she makes the whole process a lot of fun!

In 2011 we suddenly found ourselves as landlords of a small condo in Seattle. Julia was very helpful in getting us started and most importantly, put our minds at ease about the whole process and responsibility of renting a condo.
