After a long and hard search for an apartment that fulfilled all my needs I found Avenues at Cypress and I’m so happy I did! The leasing staff is quick to answer the phone when you call and help you which I found is unfortunately hard to find at most complexes. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. I worked with Lexi and she went beyond to find me the perfect apartment and location I wanted, during my leasing process there was never a day that went by where she didn’t communicate with me and she made sure we always ended a call or email with every question I had answered which

I have lived here 6 months and just renewed for another year, this speaks for itself. The ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful. I have never had any issues here with the apartment or my neighbors. The grounds are always kept cleaned and well maintained. I am looking forward to another year here!! Best Apartments in the area!!!

- Price for overall value of a one bedroom.
- Attached garage.
- Location — Commutable to Houston or College Station. Great area to walk/run/bike.
- Easy resigning process (Rent base got lowered upon renewal!); make sure you’re aware of the 60 day move out clause.
• Reasons why it wasn’t 5/5 (Some nit picky, some just documented experiences):
- Input direct deposit incorrectly (my error) for the first payment, no warning just nailed with an additional fee.
- Pest control

We have lived here for almost 6 months now and really enjoy it! The apartments are lovely and well maintained. It's quiet and pet friendly. We've had a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We truly like living here and would recommend it to anyone!

Within a week of moving in the garage and disposal back up and overflowed throughout the kitchen. Apparently its my fault the prior tenants left behind food in he drains that it would back up. Ceiling fans are useless as they wobble and keep you up all night long. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from both neighbors. -Thanks for that. Not that it's the fault of the apartment but cell phone reception in the complex doesn't exist.
There is definite a roach / spider / pest problem. We received notice that the exterminator quit and they could not find a replacement.

Beautiful apartment complex behind the Premium Outlet Mall at US 290 and The Grandparkway 99. Have been here three years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Great hiways, shopping, churches, schools, motels, and we didn't flood during Harvey ... great drainage with a free flowing 3-tiered bayou out my front door.
