The Brandon Oaks Apartments, are Amazing since I started to reside here almost one year ago, you feel and breath peace and feel like you are at home, the neighbors are so kind and educated, the staff in the leasing office are the best, they helped me a lot when I moved, Wanda told me all Details and requirements I needed and guide me to all the process because it was my first time. I didn't have any issue living here, the maintenance staff is fast and professional... I completely recommend Brandon Oaks Apartments

This property repairs any little or big issue, right away. I have lived here a long time. It's true. --------DO THIS ANTWHERE YOU SHOP FOR YOUR FAMILY'S HOME. Come look. Turn on the faucets in the units you visit, come look at the property at 6 to 7 pm ,see the neighbors coming home, the pets being walked, the kids saying hello to Mom or Dad, etc..... Turn on the A>C> and Heater. Check the air flow..... read your lease!!! Kindest regards.

Had an incident with the manager not showing me the actual apartment. The resident that lived there previously smoked which she didn’t mention. I have 3 little kids. Which somehow she wasn’t aware when it was on the paperwork. Parking spots are small. Employees should not park literally in front of the buildings. Those spots should be for residents. Not a fan of the carpet in the dining area. But other than that I love how quiet it is.

Don't move in to this place 2 shooting with in weeks apart from the same people , and they still haven't done anything about it . And told them we were moving out due to the shooting being right next to our apartment, was told you can move out but would still have to pay the rest of the money owed . Horrible horrible horrible place to live . They do not leave notices if anything happened and there was a robberies at gun point on the back in of the complex and no one was informed , there has been doors kicked down and people rob inside they apartment and still no one knew about it . ITS

The apartments themselves are nice and spacious appliances are quite dated and not well kept.
The walls have cracks and holes that seem to be just painted over.
Also the walls are really thin so be prepared to hear most of your neighbors loud conversations.
Parking can get ridiculous.
And the management staff is the main reason I only gave 3 stars they are just unbelievable sometimes can never get a straight answer, takes days to submit a maintenance request, and the never answer the phone! Don't regret moving here but can't wait to leave.

This place is horrible at best... When i first moved here in January I knew it was a downgrade from what I'm use to but I was trying to save money. However, I have learned cheaper isn't always better. First of all let me address the mole that has been growing on my ceiling since July.. Sorry no... its not mold according to the apartments is mildew or "wet spots.. These "wet spots" have appeared in my master bedroom, hallways, bathroom and now my sons room. They have untrained immigrant maintenance men working here who continuously come in and spray paint over what is obviously

These apartments are all right at best.
Pros:
-The grounds is pretty well kept by the staff, they do a great job.
-Maintenance is pretty on top of things, they fixed stuff in my apartment right away.
-The actual apartment is rather roomy and the closets are quite large.
-Most of the people here are pretty friendly.
-Connections for own Washer/Dryer, yay.
-The location and ease of access to major freeways.
Cons:
-Certainly not the quietest place, the kids upstairs from us like to play loud music and stomp/run around. It was pretty easy for the most part to hear my neighbors.
-Parking gets complicated
