A very discourteous Office team. Does not answer telephone when residents are calling the office. Encourage residents to intimidate other residents. My life was endangered while driving out of the complex to work by one of there maintenance personnel, he stopped his work cart abruptly in front of my car and stepped out of the cart flashing his hand n going about his business unconcern about the danger he may have caused. I had to mash on my break to avoid a collision. Reported it on voicemail because they don't answer phones n I have not received an apology up to date.

I have not moved into this apartment yet, but I will be here next month! I just wanted to comment about the grounds and the whole experience from the tour to signing my lease. Long story short, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL!! Like nothing else you’ve ever seen here in Texas. Yes, the units are rather small, but I also feel I’m a bit bias since I’ve been in a house the last 3 years. BUT the amenities make up for what they lack in square footage. The pool is so serene and that view is only something I’ve been able to get in Austin and now it’s right downstairs from where I live. Not only that

By far one of the most beautiful properties I have seen. Great amenities and the renovations are worth the wait! The staff at the leasing office are awesome. I toured with Tayler R. She was very informative and answered all my questions during my tour, plus very nice and fun all around! Everyone at the office as well is really awesome and the resident parties that they offer for the community are a blast!

And just so ya'll know they charged us for move out fees when we didn't even move in! The smell of urine and their non response to the matter is why we never moved in!! They also sent us to a collection agency too. This place is craaaaaaazzzzyyyyy!!!! we will fight them on the charges because they are absolutely illegal!

Very disappointed by the way we were just treated by office staff. Age discrimination? Didn't fit a profile? We are an active retired couple looking to settle close to our daughter. We were shown an apartment this afternoon but as soon as we returned to the office we were told it had been rented and was no longer available. What? Why didn't they give us this information before the tour? In the 30 minutes we were looking, it was suddenly reserved? Is this the way the treat prospective residents? Tempted to contact a lawyer friend, this was highly suspect treatment.

We have recently moved here from California, we absolutely love it here at Lakeside Row. The staff here has been extremely helpful and is always available and prompt when we have needed anything. This complex is in a very nice and beautiful area. We wake up to a very zen view of lake Josey everyday. Our apartment is modern and very nice and definitely worth what we are paying for. The amenities here are also amazing. There are several areas to take walks, enjoy a picnic outside and also areas to just relax and enjoy the weather. The pool is very nice and also has accessible bbq grills inside the
