Terrible experience so far. Lure you in with the “renovated” apartment. Supposed to have brand new washer and dryer. Every week they tell us they’re coming and the machines are on back order. 6 weeks in and still no washer/dryer. The faceplates on the electrical outlets aren’t lined up with the holes so you have to remove them and expose a hole in your drywall around the outlet just to use them. The bathroom is so poorly concepted that you can’t sit on the toilet without your shoulder rubbing up against the toilet paper holder. Fridge doesn’t seem to seal right due to the door being

Do you like rats? Do you LOVE roaches? Do you like paying rent every month & paying for pest control for 3 years & them only coming to your unit once when requested every month? Well Peppermill Place is the perfect place for you! On top of roaches infesting all of our TVs, gaming consoles, & furniture they also help them selves to all of our food, fall from the ceiling & come to work with you & school with your kids. My wife & I have called Anasele(Assistant Manager) & Sandra(Property manager)
Everyday for the last 3 weeks to get this taken care of, they have told us

The workers are LAZY AND TRIFLING!!! I gave them the app fee and they won’t email me the the company so I can upload pay stubs. And I went and asked the lady to email me no other customers where there, and she said she was but never did. To the new company that owns the apartments those ladies are not good employees.

I came in to get a new sticker and I was standing in the lobby while the leasing agents were helping other residents and the manager came out of her office and assisted me right away and introduced herself as Sandra the manager. She was so friendly and kind and explained the new parking rules. I usually don’t go to the office at all since I work all day but I needed to get my new sticker and came to find out we have such a friendly staff and caring manager . I finally ended up leaving the office and I ended up getting a reserved parking for a great price and renewing my lease for another 12 months

If I could leave 0 stars I would this place is the worst place to live in or bring your family. My parents have been leasing for a little over a year and their truck has been stolen twice. They do not cooperate and are very hostile over the situation useless to say. They pay for a 2 bed 2 bath and one of the baths is so outdated the paint is chipping off it’s not even sanitary to ise reports have been made and they are all brushed off. If you want a place to call home this is not it.

Been 7 or 8 months now I have a problem with rats they fixed a few holes but not all of them so it’s been that long since they came back to do anything I keep trying to phone just now and it’s a dead tone DO NOT STAY HERE save you’re money for something better

I've been here for 3 weeks and I still don't have my mail box keys, the first couple days my shower was broken, and no ones very helpful, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I can't wait for my lease to end ..

We have had such a negative experience in this apartment complex.
The office staff are rude and show indifference when it comes to serious matters that are happening inside our apartment. Want to be treated like ignorant trash and made to feel like a burden when asking for help?? Then this is the place for you!

We moved in the beginning of January and not long after that did a pipe burst in our closet ceiling and was pouring water THROUGH THE LIGHT FIXTURE. The office not see this as

Would love to hear back from the property manager Sandra. I've been trying to contact her for 4 days because our vehicle was stolen July 11th. No response. Maybe if the locks on the doors to get in through the apartments actually worked or maybe if parts of the surrounding gates weren't broken and falling apartment there it would be a lot safer.

Do NOT RENT HERE!!! It took them a month and half to have someone come spray my apartment only for the guy to be in there for 1 min and 30 seconds. I have it all on camera. I had a leak in my bathroom and set the maintenance order in June of 2020 and did not show up until January of 2021, said he would back the next day with a camera to see where the leak was coming from and has yet to return. Office staff is incompetent. You ask the office to call you back about a mouse running across your floor and still waiting on a call back.

I'm back. So after months of going back and forth with a collection agency that mind you, contacted me right as covid began, they have contacted me again. Claiming that Peppermill place is still saying I owe them over $2,000 even though I gave them multiple notices that I had moved out, even though I paid my lease until it was done. They didn't contact me once about this issue, there was no reason to contact me considering I told them through email, phone calls, and mailed in my notice all while paying off my lease when no one answered. This is bs and I will be filing legal actions against

I don’t recommend moving here unless you have nowhere else to go. You truly get what you pay for. I have roaches coming from upstairs and I’ve seen TWO mice in my apartment already. When maintenance came, they were giggling and joking as if a nasty rodent was some kind of joke. The office truly doesn’t care. They shrugged it off and they do the bare minimum. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

0 STARS. To say these apartments are roach infested is an understatement. When we first moved in, there were dead baby roaches in a majority of the kitchen counters painted over by the maintenance crew trying to cover them up ! I guess that's one way to kill them LOL. And throughout our lease it was a never ending battle trying to keep them off of our clean dishes and belongings. Not to brag but I'm generally a very clean person, I don't leave food out or anything that would possibly attract roaches in the first place; vacuum regularly; and clean kitchen counters regularly. This community is nice and quiet. I have not experienced any adversity that pertained to me personally.
The landscape does need improvement. When the lawncare workers come they blow all the grass and leaves into the parking area and sidewalks and in return its tracked inside my car whenever I get in my car.
Pest control fees are charged monthly, so I feel that inside our apartment should be serviced regularly.
Something needs to be done about outside traffic dumping trash in our dumpsters....maybe the gate code should be changed. I have watched people come in the gate ahead of me....dump trash

I would honestly give -10 if that was an option. My boyfriend and I moved into the apartment summer 2019 and have been requesting maintenance since the first weekend. The things that caught out attention was that it was located close to school and the rates at the moment were all time low. It is now March 2020 and things are still not done. The management is absolutely horrible, unprofessional and disrespectful. The management here does not follow rules and regulations written in the leasing contract. Things in the apartments are falling apart, electric things do not work(dishwasher,stoves), paint

The apartment staff are very unprofessinal about talking care of client problem, my car was parked infront of my aparment and was being open and stole some cash that ive in the draw. I called the staff just want to let them know there is someone obviously searching around the place to steal stuff to try to get them more security and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Very unsafe place, the girl at the front desk was very rude and dont even try to help out. Dont live here.

Dealing with a water leak in our bathroom ceiling for a few weeks. When they finally came out to check they "couldnt find a leak". Now I have my whole bathroom floor flooded, and its going Into the next room...
****Update one month later now, my ceiling is still leaking and has ruined my toiletries several times costing any where from 50 to 100 dollars every time it leaks. They finally decided to tear open the ceiling and actually see where the leak is coming from (3 months later). Now I have a huge hole in my ceiling and unable to use my shower, and who knows if the will actually fix it right

I ended up living here thinking it would be a safe and clean apartments but it's been ridiculous how many roaches I see a day. I've asked for them to fix this problem and all they do is spray but more roaches come also any problem you have you have to keep calling and reminding to do it it's just awful I can't wait to have all my paper work to leave this place . This place has taken a month to give me back my mailbox keys! They took my key because hey forgot to give me a second one hat was in my contract and haven't gotten it back . Don't move here it's cheap

I applied for a an apartment on February 3rd that would be vacant in the middle of the month (February 15th) and the leasing consultant that was assisting me was out sick (Flu epidemic). Well, I have called and made my stops by thru out the month of February and couldn't get any help from the others that were there. As the month of February was coming to an end, I decided to let them know they can pull my application and I would like a full refund of the $175.00 that was paid.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Last night a pipe busted in the roof of the building and my closet ceiling caved in. OK, things like this happen. I get it! However, no one called to notify me instead I arrive home to my front door wide open and maintenance is in my apartment attempting to stop the leak. Not a problem except he's pushed all of my wet belongings on to dry carpet and my daughters toys & he's also using my cooler as a stool and he'd used it to catch water! He didnt even offer to clean it or pour it out when he left instead he sat it in my living room

I was a resident at Peppermill for 3 years, I must say out of the 2 or 3 management changes I saw, this last one was by far the best! Melyssa and Jackie are absolutely awesome. I had very few issues while living there, but when I did, they did their best to make sure things were corrected in a timely manner. You can definitely tell they are doing their best to get that apartment complex updated and running under better conditions! The new office staff and maintenance seem to be more knowledgeable and much nicer than the last team as well.

This place is horrible lived here for 14 months and it's complete garbage I hope they give me back my deposit since I been reading that they find any reason not to give it back. I don't even rate this place one star I give it no stars !! And btw their is mold and water damages !

I honestly don't know what to rate this place. They lost our application and fee when we were trying to transfer in to a 2BR so Due to their own stupidity and negligence They were forced to give us the model apartment and I must say. I didn't think they had apartments this nice here! I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out for us. But that's not the case for others. Management has absolutely no clue what they are doing and they are surely not on the same page together.

Where do I begin? I work alot and was trying to find a place that would be at least safe enough to come home and sleep at night. I knew for the price it would be far from perfect. Let me start by saying the current un-resolved issues. Roaches everywhere but you pay for pest control each month. Carpet may be "New" however it's cheap and will have a major odor after just a few weeks of living there and I vaccuum almost every other day and have no kids or animals.
