I'm updating my review. Things haven't been as good as I first thought. Some of these things seem small by themselves but together add up to less then perfect living situation.
First thing that I deal with on an almost daily basis is someone blocking my garage or in my assigned spot. I've been late to work a couple times. After being blocked in my garage for almost and hour I call the tow truck company and they say they can't come. The front office has to call them. The front office tells me I have to call them directly. Meanwhile I'm stuck and can't leave.. I shouldn

They do not have a camera on their drop box. Our friends' rent was stolen from their official secure office drop box, and they refused to file a police report and told them that they must pay more money. With GPS and picture proof of the drop off, as well as copies from the Money Order company that they were stolen and whited-out with other names on them, the flat out refusal of any police reporting of this incident is incredibly concerning.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The fact that I have to leave even one star rating is ridiculous.
The gates are ALWAYS broken, they first claimed that it wasn't broken and that they used the gate the last night and it was closed, to which we laughed at because it was a deliberate lie, because it was wide open the night before. They claim that they can not fix them because parts are being ordered, when the side gate hasn't worked in 11 months. It does not take 11 months to get parts. Oh and it's still not fixed. Meanwhile there are multiple car break ins and two months ago a police shooting

After getting thrown into collections for a charge that isn't my responsibility because I had photos showing that the carpets didn't need to be replaced. Several calls several voicemails so many emails and nothing back and they send me to collections in the middle of a pandemic. I cannot believe that a company stands behind doing such work it's so wrong on so many levels having a broken ac and making 9+ calls in a year with a newborn totally unsafe living conditions of 98 degrees in apartment having a piece of plywood on the balcony at the steps for a year because of a hole again

Just moved here a week ago, read the rules carefully. First off, Pros about living here. Lots of cigarette smokers in the complex, be ready to spend excessive amounts on AC. Shower broke within first 3 days , it is now Tuesday. Maintenance was suppose to come Sunday afternoon. I've seen them driving up and down the complex with multiple golf carts. Yet to even call me back about not showing up, etc. Dirt cheap complex, terrible water pressure, terrible sinks/amenities. Not to mention water from this complex is pretty trash. Stay the hell away from here, being homeless is less of a strain.

We are neighbors of this community and management is horrible. My family and I have picked up 7 full bags of trash from the residents that live there. They have 6 cars that have been abandoned. Management has been called numerous times and have done noting about it. Cars are getting hit all the time. You can't even turn onto vista murrieta because the line of cars. We have almost been hit 6 times from a car. Management needs to do something about this.

If you have a problem with your restroom in your unit and you happen to have two restrooms maintenance won't come out ,
because that's not considered a Emergency.

If you want to rent an overpriced apartment where the pools, spas and barbecue pits are constantly shut down due to lack of maintenance then this is the apartment complex for you. The pools are constantly shut down due to lack of maintenance by the apartment complex mananagement. Management likes to blame the residents and residents like to blame maintenance. The maintenance on the pool takes forever and they are never in a rush to fix it. It's the middle of summer and the pool has been closed for the last 3 days due to a broken drain pool cover that can easily be purchased at any local pool

Horrible management. Ignored dangerous mold. Company Hired a clean up crew of people who had no clue what they were doing.. used my vacuum brooms and dust pans to clean up the mold tear out... I have 2 children that were forced to live in these conditions for months.. they didn't care.. The 2nd pool is disgusting.. had a maintenance man say the company fired the pool cleaners and had the maintenance guy take over.. who then said he has no clue how to clean a public pool.. most disturbing comment he made was .. " I don't live here, I have my own pool at home. I would never let anyone

I had no issues living here, however upon move out you will be charged for cleaning REGARDLESS if you clean. Me and my wife spent 5 hours cleaning and still got charged for an additional cleaning. When I asked why they informed me they clean all apartments anyways. Your utilities will also be taken out of your deposit. Regardless of how well you clean, rest assured you will owe money when you leave.

My sister moved out of here and not only did they keep her whole deposit but also charged her and then dinged her credit repeatedly until she paid for stupid frivolous charges. She's lived in many apartments and has never had that problem. She's very careful with the places she lives, very clean and makes sure everything is spotless when she moves out.
Also, I noticed that the positives I read were mostly from people who have not moved out yet. Thinking those stars will probably go down when they don't get their deposits back.

We vacated the place 4 months ago and they havent sent our deposit back. We scheduled 2x to go pick up at the office and the insisted on saying they will send the check by mail but they never do it. It is f...... ridiculous. Their contract states the deposit refund with the deductions will be forward to new provided address within 21 days. They will be getting a call from my lawyer now, tired of their BS.

I swear I wish we had the ability to leave negative reviews. I beg you. Please avoid these apartments at all costs. My friend moved here and upon move out they not only kept her deposit they charged her for damage caused by them! The ceiling leaked and caused wall and carpet damage. They cut a square about 24x18 to repair the damage. She was without heat for about a month in the winter. There was a smell omitting from the room and they never compensated her!
