I truly enjoy living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean. And we just love it here. The only down side is not enough parking. But we love it here.

In the two and a half years that I lived at this property I routinely had to deal with can pickers digging out of the dumpsters at all hours of the day and night, other renters selling drugs out of their apartments, people smoking pot at the shared BBQs and outdoor spaces as well as on their patios, and routine domestic disturbances. There are some really good people here, but the not so good ones make it unpleasant for the rest of the tenants.
The maintenance staff is excellent and always responded quickly and professionally to any needs or requests and kept the grounds looking nice. The office

Palm Court Apartments is an alright place to live. I moved in about 4 years ago. The rent was more affordable then, every year since then it's been increasing. Quiet place, every now and then you get the loud arguments and screaming of other people. They recently put cameras in the area but this place still gets vandalized. My car was broken into, they stole my battery and radiator, needless to say no one saw anything 👀. The apartment complex is open and you get a lot of foot traffic in and out. They were supposed to get security gates to secure the apartments, nothing yet. I would opt for some

Been here since March 2017. The place isn't that bad considering that it's in Hemet. You have all walks of life here. The management staff is amazing and they really try their best to insure that the place is safe and an environment that one would enjoy living at. I have been happy to call this place my home for the past two years.

DONT LIVE HERE! The apartment manager Susan is the most awful woman I have probably ever met. I don't know how she has a job! All she does is sit in her office and make fake receipts all day trying to get as much money as possible out of good hard working people! Why isn't chance the manager!!! She is awful!!!!!

Living at these apartments was one of the worst things I ever encountered. You will NOT get your deposit back no matter how emaculent you leave the apartment. These apartments were built in 1990 and haven't been upgraded since, 27 years long over due. They're cheap, everything is refurbished and used, nothing new. The bottom of the Twin doors leading to the master bedroom are literally made out of cardboard, no I'm not joking, I am very serious. The maintenance crew has a dedicated garage full of old stoves, washing machines and dryers, from 1990, I'm serious, if one of the

BEWARE!!! The office lady was so rude. I lived here for 4 months. I asked to view an apartment before signing the lease and she didn't want to show me one, then she finally showed me one but was rude the entire time. I then moved in and same as the others, gardening super early, sprinklers on at night so everything is always wet. Someone was always parked in my assigned parking spot. Then when I had to move out, I was given a report of everything that had to be "fixed" was outrageous including things that weren't broke. Worst renting experience of my life.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! when we began living here we were told that during hard times, we would be able to get out of the lease if we lost our job. after our boss decided not to pay us bc his company went under, we notified the front desk which was in turn recieved with well you get a broken lease and we wont evict you if you are out in two days. after moving out and handing them back the keys we were told we owe 1000$ for the carpet and over 100$ on the paint. yes we had pets and paid the deposit. they took the entire deposit and expect us to pay on a carpet that they would have used for 5 years. we
