Maintenance Crew! Lawrence and Vanessa took care of my "emergency" during Thanksgiving Day! I had my sink faucet broken due to wear and tear (normal in all housing). Juan came in the day prior to Thanksgiving. He didn't have the parts. He said he will be back the next day with it... It's Thanksgiving Day and worked on my sink so I can cook for my visiting family from up North. That's a crew that is dedicate to us tenants - bravo and I applaud the team! Especially Juan which is featured on the picture! And safety first and wore a mask Wow - I thank you Juan!!!

My boyfriend and I have been on a waitlist for a one bedroom apartment for several weeks at Cantabria. Today we decided to schedule a tour of their model floor since a one bedroom apartment became available. The complex was beautiful and we fell in love with the model floor plan but unfortunately they currently don’t have any of the santander units available so we are going to continue to wait. I want to say thank you to Michelle for taking the time to give us a tour last minute. Michelle was very informative with all my questions and I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon!

This is a great place to live. Our building had great neighbors. We lived here for several years and the staff was very responsive. I have enjoyed and loved living here and raising my family here. Kids had fun at the pool. Maintenance kept all trimmed and beautiful. Mercedez, Michelle (Office Staff), Lawrence, Juan (Maintenance Staff) are great to work with. They were always there to assist.

Cantabria apartments employees are the best. I had electricity issues and right away the amazing employees and maintenance guy handle it right away! I have never dealt with such amazing people. I am so glad that I live here!!! They always leave u notes when they fix an issue and soo nice and professional!

My wife and I moved to Cantabria in March 2021. From the moment we arrived the office Staff, Mercedes & Michelle were extremely accommodating in all regards and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. At Cantabria they both work hard to make to you feel at ease and are willing to work with you in any situation. The maintenance staff, Lawrence and Juan, are two gentleman who devote themselves to keeping everything working perfectly and do an excellent job keeping the property clean. They will go out of their way to assist with any maintenance needs during all hours of the work day. I highly recommend

Our experience living here has been awesome. My wife and I love our Santander Apartment with the direct access garage. Let me tell you, bringing in furniture and groceries is much easier when you can go from your garage straight into your home. The office staff is very responsive and the maintenance crew is polite and attentive. We would like to personally thank Lawrence (Maintenance) for always having the most positive attitude. He has a genuine helpful spirit and welcoming smile. Cantabria Apartments, Thank you for making our continued stay, ever so pleasant.

My husband and I moved to Cantabria in June 2021 while our house is being built and we love it! The community is quiet and clean, which is exactly what we were looking for . Our apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom and we love the layout and wraparound porch. The Office Staff, Mercedes & Michelle are wonderful and have made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They are also kind and helpful, which is very important to me. The maintenance staff, Lawrence and Juan, are very responsive when needed and do a good job keeping the property clean. Really enjoy my place. The complex isn’t huge, which is nice. There are large trees to give you a cozy feel. The office staff, especially Michelle are professional and responsive. Haven’t had to utilize the maintenance staff, but see them around the complex and they are always pleasant and friendly. This is a great spot to live.

I have been living here for a year, and I love it! The property is always clean and well-maintained, and it is absolutely beautiful. Michelle and Mercedez are always really responsive whenever I have questions or need a work order. Work orders are always addressed promply, and Lawrence and Juan do a great job fixing things quickly at my apartment. I would happily live here for years!

I have lived here for 4 years now and feel really happy and comfortable living on this property with my 6-year-old daughter. Everyone from the property manager Mercedez, to the leasing office staff Michelle, down to Johnny the maintenance worker have all always been so kind and friendly and willing to help me in any way they can and really care about the residents here. Anytime I have a maintenance request the guys will show up within an hour or 2 to take care of it right away with a smile on their face. Wow Ive lived at Cantabria a total of almost 6 years. Time flew!
This was my first apartment on my own, and back when I initially started living here my 2 bed 2 bath was only $1100... gosh I miss those days haha! I down graded to a 1 bedroom after some time, then moved back into a 2 bed 2 bath once I had a baby. Ive always had a pleasant, loving, informative experience with Mercedez and all the fun maintenance guys. Its like family quite honestly.
Ive seen the property go thru i think 2 or 3 new owners, and to be honest Im not the biggest fan of the newest

I called in regarding availability today and spoke with Mercedes. Mercedes was absolutely incredible. Although they didn't have anything available at this time that I am looking for she was above and beyond perfect with giving me the information and just an overall amazing experience with her customer service. Thank you so much Mercedes for all of your help and hopefully by the time we have to move something opens up! I just had to write a review based off of the exceptional customer service she delivered!

I would give this place a -1 if I could. I had a one year lease and was willing to break it due to my car getting broken into 3 times. The facility had a group of managers whom acted as if they were doing you a favor for leasing there. Druggies and predators could be seen loitering daily and staking out their next victims. Not a good place for families or working professionals. Signing a lease there was a huge mistake and in hindsight, I would of been better off living in my car. Heed my warning...this place is the most ghetto site I ever lived at.

I have lived here for about 9 months and can't say enough good things about this community. The apartments are in great condition and the staff is exceptional. Johnny, the maintenance supervisor is nothing but the BEST! He goes above and beyond his job and makes you feel at home. Mercedez, the property manager is one of the best managers that I have had at an apartment community. Mercedez and Johnny make Cantabria feel like home. Carmen, the Assistant Manager is truly a delight and I always feel welcomed when I go to the office. If I could give them more stars I would!
