This has been my favorite place to train so far! I joined the NBD 40 challenge and had the most amazing support team that guided me and pushed me ... needless to say, I'm so happy I won the challenge and learned what I am capable of...

I've been coming to NBD for about a year now and I have to say it's the one of the best gyms I've been to. Really personalized and catered to your needs and goals unlike big gym chains. It's not for the person looking to just pop on a treadmill or do their own thing, but someone who wants some guidance or instruction. Small class sizes and trainers' attention to detail for each client are the strongest highlights of NBD. I absolutely love working with Victoria -- helped me cultivate a true love for Pilates. I now look forward to every class. She's the best!!

After 5 months of quarantine, and spending the past 6+ years being insecure about my body and never quite hitting my fitness goals (or making some progress on my own, and consistently losing it) I decided it was time to find a trainer and start taking exercise more seriously.
Being somebody who is afraid of gyms and has spent all my previous gym experiences hiding in a corner on an elliptical at planet fitness, I was a little nervous walking into NBD for the first time for my consultation but very quickly that changed.

I started going to Nbd in October of 2019 and had an amazing experience with the spt classes. I especially enjoyed training with Laura, her workouts were always challenging yet tailored to fit the needs of each client. She is also very attentive and helpful throughout the session. Another trainer that I enjoyed taking classes with is Kenny. I really enjoyed how challenging and creative the workouts were. I started at NBD in early January 2019 with a Groupon one month trial. I’ve been going to other gyms for almost 20 years, but there was something special to NBD from day one. By the end of my trial, I had fell in love with NBD and have been attending classes at least twice a week ever since. NBD is filled with an All-Star Team of Fitness Professionals who make the classes/workouts challenging, fun, fresh, and you get results. There’s an incredible energy to every class. NBD is a Game Changer!! I have been working out for years (mostly running) but i never felt comfortable in a gym with the equipment and would give up quickly after joining. I made a resolution that i would change it up in 2019 and after talking with several friends, i decided on NBD. The fabulous trainers (Brandon King is awesome!) have helped me work towards a much much better overall fitness regimen. I have learned a ton and feel great about challenging myself. I started working out at NBD based on my friend's recommendation. She told me that she has never had better results with her fitness than at NBD and raved about the place. At the time I was struggling with losing weight and with feeling good about my appearance and fitness level. Training at NBD has been very rewarding! I primarily train with Alex because he has a non-traditional training style and introduced me to a completely different way to train. It’s helped strengthen my core, grip strength, balance and overall fitness level. I can finally do walking lunges without falling! Most of our training consists of using a ViPR and a Mace. I had never heard of these tools before, but they blend strength training and functional training to help your body move the way it was designed to. I absolutely love NBD! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and really enjoy working out here. All the large group classes are fun, challenging, and competitive. The app and booking system really creates accountability and ensures that I commit to workout times throughout the week. I highly recommend all the trainers, who are challenging in their own way. WOW!! This place had everything I needed to get such a great workout in. Battle ropes, sled pushers, sand bags, TRX, Pilates on the reformer, etc. The staff was so accommodating and nice and the 30 min HIIT workout we did was tough but exactly what's friend and I needed to target the whole body. The trainers were super helpful and upbeat too!!

For many years I have jumped around from gym to gym - tried classes and personal training but never really was able to stick with a program that fit my lifestyle and continued to motivate me until I started doing SPT classes with Antonio. The work outs Antonio creates are challenging to say the least- but he's supportive and pushes us to be our best self. This place is awesome! Unlike other gyms, I always felt motivated to workout and push harder! The trainers are all very nice and really look after their clients. The trainers develop a good relationship with the clients. If you are looking for a different workout every day to keep you motivated, I recommend NBD. This place will push you to the next level!

I definitely loved the workouts. They were unique and were able to be modified if needed. I was mainly with Rebecca, Emma, and Antonio majority of the time. They really help me get the most out of my workout and was very patient when I was late for the workout. They kicked butt for the 30 minutes (It's a good kick butt, the one you need if you want to get most out of your work out!!). The only minor thing, I wish I new I can start my classes whenever when I signed up for the starter package. I thought I had to stick to one thing first but it turns out I was able to do the classes whenever

The sales manager Randy will make sure your credit card keeps getting charged forever. The place is quite basic and very hard to get any issues fixed. They do NOT respond to your questions and will charge you for a class even if you cancel in advance: more than 24 hours. And you can't fight it because a man by the name of Randy is the gatekeeper. The owners are generally MIA.

This is probably the 10th or 12th gym I've belonged to, over the decades, and to be honest, I'm still trying to figure it out. If you take a class, you're set for your workout, although truth be told, not every personal trainer is cut out for leading a fitness class. Mostly they bark orders like drill sergeants, and the workout is good, but don't expect to hear any "you can do this" sort of rap out of them... just one direction into the next. Each of them brings their own unique style and specialty, but they also take the time to listen to your goals and adapt their training methods along the way to get you the best results possible.
