Explaining to tenants how important it is to be to respectful of your neighbors apparently is not important. I never get how neighbors can be so rude and the office can't get the problem resolved. Our police officers have better things to do. Since the issue with noise all hours of the night cannot get resolved, I feel like my only choice was to just move. So I'm fast approaching my last few weeks here and its so frustrating that I'm still dealing with the few short hours of sleep I get. Going to work on 2 or 3 hours of sleep and working 10-12 hours is very exhausting.

I lived in the Brownstone Reserve . I told the staff the back deck railing was unsafe . It has a big crack in the concrete also . The maintanance came in and worked on the furnace and had I left there heater there . The air didn’t work sometimes either . I couldn’t use the washer and dryer after it rained . They locked the door after it rained . Never cleaned sidewalks after it snows . Also the stove was not level . I had to tell the maintenance guy about it . All the grease ran to the back of the pan . That’s a big fire hazard . The hallway was never swept . They left a Christmas ornament

I have lived here nearly a year, and the team that manages this community has exceeded every expectation in almost all ways. They are rapid to communicate, The apartment interior still looks brand new, (though I do keep it meticulously clean). There were some inherited issues that I reported within my first 5 days of being a tenant and they were promptly rectified.
Kelly is a delightful manager and truly has the community and The company's residents at heart. I respect the model of community outreach, Even though I have not been affected by the current global issues, nor needed any assistance

Maintenance team will delete your maintenance requests without actually fixing the problems or even just coming to check them out. Residents will steal your packages off your doorstep. Management gave me a key to the laundry room that doesn’t even work. I’ve never had so many issues at an apartment.
