Thank God I moved. New company Block took over and they are shady. Tried charging twice for same month of rent they refuse to answer calls or email. Definitely slum lords. Every since Block took over it went drastically down hill. Run don't walk from this roach infested dump of Apartments

Heard the apartments got better until I was charged 50 dollars app fee then 250 for administration fee. To learn that I don’t get that back and the fact it took them more than a week to get back to me about my application just to tell me i was denied. 300 dollars down the drain! Will not recommend applying here!

Terrible place to live, don’t rent here. This is the third time in a year they’ve had to treat for roaches, they don’t respond to maintenance requests and will just mark them complete on the app without doing it, the pool was closed all summer “for cleaning” and if you order a package you have to pick it up in person from the lease office

Your Welcome. My boyfriend lives at your apartments which are nice along with the grounds, the dog park, as well as the improvement to the parking lot and drainage you have recently have made it at its cleanliness have made it a great place to live.

I was there for a Postmates delivery. The place is under heavy construction without much consideration for drivers needing to get in and out. The place looks nice though, and new units are being built with new roads and such.
