My situation changed and I wasn't able to end up renting a place, but the staff was so incredibly nice. Lavonne and Cody were great to work with. I don't like to write reviews of apartment places when I haven't lived there, but I couldn't help myself. They were truly wonderful. Cannot say enough good things.

The only positive thing about this place is the location. It is close enough to all KC areas and events and is a decent place to live for the price but management is not at all concerned with helping/keeping their clients. It is almost impossible to get a call back even if you leave multiple messages on the phone or in person. I have only been living here for 2 months and there always seems to be problems with the office and keeping track of paperwork/checks/etc., maintenance/construction is going on constantly but for insignificant details when bigger more important things are not being addressed

I have been living at Silverwood for just over a year now and my roommate & I re-signed our lease for another year! I have really enjoyed my time here and the Silverwood staff is so friendly and intentional. They want to make sure you feel right at home and I have definitely felt that here. They’re very thoughtful & creative when it comes to fun events they put on around the holidays or the newsletters they send out - keeping you informed with what’s going on in the community and surrounding cities or maintenance attending to any problems you may have and many more things! Silverwood is a great

We loved our time at Silverwood! The apartment is beautiful and clean with nice upgrades and amenities. We really enjoyed the incredible (huge!) wrap-around deck and made great use of it. Our unit lets in tons of natural lighting and overlooks a patch of forest where we can view wildlife from our dining room table. There is even a family of deer that make an occasional appearance. If we didn’t purchase a home, we would continue to live here for many more years. It’s roughly an 8-minute commute to downtown being right off the highway. The complex is only minutes away from tons of grocery stores

Just recently moved to Silverwood and love it so far! The new management just took over in Feb 2019. Cindy in the front office is a delight to work with - she is so sweet, very understanding, and wants to ensure that you are going to be excited with your apt. Silverwood apartments are great quality and in a great location in Mission, KS. The amenities are all super nice too!

This is by far the worst place I have rented at. The buildings are old, the floor plans are small, there aren't enough parking spaces, and the price is certainly not worth it. You're much better off renting at the apartments up the hill from here. When I moved in 6 months ago my dishwasher and ice machine were broken, my bathtub was cracked and disgusting, drawers in the kitchen were off the tracks and/or broken. It took them over a month to replace the broken appliances and when they did, they dragged the machine out and pulled up parts of the new floor. I brought this to the previous manager

From what I've heard this complex has undergone a lot of change in the last year. I've lived here for four months and absolutely love the office and maintenance staff. The maintenance is timely and effective; I've had a maintenance guy stop me outside and ask how my A/C was working after he worked on it. Older reviews are likely based on past management, but the current management cares about and works hard for the residents.
Also, my dog and I love the 0.4 mile tree-lined walking trail located in the complex. It's so convenient!
