Brad really is as good as it gets for a real estate agent and attorney. He shepherded us through a very fast and complicated home purchase and was available at all hours for all questions. He really knows his stuff. He was able to negotiate the nitty gritty contract details and gave us sound advice that we are appreciating now that we're in our new place.
