I was extremely pleased with Karie and Elevated Management. They made me aware of all service requests on my rental property. I received my payments and statements in a timely manner.

The owner of Elevated Management is very unprofessional but she thinks otherwise, ha! I feel sorry for her receptionists because she's always apologizing for the way her boss acts. If you have the time to quickly respond ON GOOGLE then you have the time to make decent phone calls to your tenants in regards to important notifications like this. Horrible customer service, will double charge you for things like renters insurance after you have already paid for it through them, will say they sent you a "reminder" and charge you 55 dollars because you haven't responded, no where in the lease does it say I'm supposed to take pictures of the house, you're supposed to do a walk through, thats your job, if you don't want to then too bad, I guess you don't get to see the house... what is the owner paying you for if i do all the work? I can't believe all these reviews, I was looking for a place for months close to school and that's accepts felons, and they stayed completely in contact with me updating on move outs when to apply assisting with my application and even held my application when a place was taken before mine was submitted, my maintence request taken care they very next business day as well. The only issue I had was the large amount of roaches in the appliances and floors but I could tell they tried there best to get rid of them by the bombs were in the trash. This is by far the worst company I have ever rented from. The property is constantly being vandalized by addicts. They all are completely infested with roach's and u have to do pest control yourself. the property management doses everything in their power to not help their residents and blame it on the residents. I can't even keep any food in my home for the last two months because I don't deserve a functioning fridge apparently

Elevated Management Group. The only thing they will elevate is themselves. As a tenant I quickly learned several things from this group. They do not care about the properties they manage, they do not care about the tenants, and several times have attempted to bully us. You absolutely have to read every detail of their lease before signing it. You will be surprised and what you learn. They will attempt to tell you to do something even if it is not in the lease agreement. If you call them out on their blatant violation they will threaten you by saying they will actually follow the lease next time

I left the house in better condition than we moved in and they still want to charge me more than my deposit for "cleaning" and "weed removal". When we moved in there were bags full weeds in a hard to see corner of the yard. We saw it after we moved in. We took a couple of days and made them a list of maintenance request. NONE of them were resolved. Eventually I ended up buying and installing the following at my own cost:
washer
swamp cooler pump
towel racks
shower heads
light bulbs
I took
