We rented a house for 2 months managed by the Ammre Property Management and we called many times with requests about maintenance items and repairing items and even cleaning the house because when we got there the house was filthy and once we got a hold of somebody they kept telling us they'll take care of it and no one ever showed up, it was a nightmare don't even waste your time calling them just call a different Property Management Company

Awful management company. I had several rental homes that they managed. The properties were not kept in good shape. They were good at collecting rents but my homes were left in a complete mess by tenants that I expected the management company to make sure didn't happen. Walls had holes in them, animal feces and urine everywhere, cigarette burns on walls and floors.

Absolutely Unprofessional company. We are from out of town and finally found a house we wanted to rent but we're told we had to wait to apply in person. Well someone else applied hours before getting to the office and then afterwards the manager Andrea told me we could have emailed it in but too bad and that it's not their fault. They didn't even offer to let us apply if the other persons application fell through. I know that the market right now is crazy and companies have to do minimal to find a renter but they were completely rude and couldn't care less about the individual

As I sit in this empty house watching a carpet cleaner clean the carpets I wanted to leave a review. First and foremost, I read a lot of the reviews prior to moving into my home 2 years ago. I was very skeptical and afraid to work with this property management company, but we needed a home and we went with it. The home was a little dirty and items were messed up, but nothing to complain about because the home had been sitting empty for a while. Do not take your chances with this company. We did and it proved to be a nightmare. Find a different home if you have any expectations for your landlord, seriously.

We have been trying to contact the owner of a property that this company manages for two years now. This property management company has not been helpful to us at all. We have a great concern for our safety as a tree in the backyard of 11505 San Jacinto Avenue NE is half dead and about to drop down into our bedroom. It is also over power lines right outside of our bedroom and our gas line. We have contacted this company several times and they don't call us back and when we do make contact with them they say they will call us back but they don't. We have even reached out to a local tree service

Attention potential renters or homeowners, beware doing business with this company. When I first moved in our rental, the property manager Andrea didn’t have our house cleaned upon move in date. On top of that, there was paint splatter on all of the mirrors and the plastic covers for the outlets were NEVER put back on. Not only was the property not ready for move in but we also had to do deep cleaning on the rental. I would have never chosen Ammre to be my property management company. There is no way I would ever give them my money again. I also had to ask the owner three times to provide me

They have the worst customer service skills. Through out three years of dealing with them all I got was my house torn up, unkept, baseboards broken, walls messed up, weeds every where, and charged for services that were never performed. I will never trust this company for anything again. Shame on me for giving them chance after chance. Even trying to reason with them they are rude and unresponsive to any requests.

I went 3 weeks with only one picture on allllll the sites they touted they use!!! Here I am thinking I was hiring a management company to handle things for me! No wonder I had no viewings. They also give the keys out with no accompaniment with prospects to view houses. In Albuquerque, the caliber of folks makes it necessary to make sure they don't copy the keys and come back to squat.

This is an absolutely terrible company. I have rented a home from them for two years and they have not responded until I have called them three or four times for every issue. When it came to renewing our lease they waited until a week before we had to move out to respond with the owners ask of us. We have called them for emergency home maintenance repair and they have never called us back. They are extremely difficult to work with and I would not recommend them. Find another rental agency if you can.

We purchased a home in Placitas a number of years ago, intending to live there part of the year after retirement. In the interim, we rented the home and were very fortunate to have AMMRE manage it. We have used ammre off and on for many years. They have found us great tenants with very short downtime. They are easy to work with and always quick to respond to our requests. If our tenants need something, ammre let's us know and has vendors ready to go. They are also flexible if we want to use our own vendor or fix the issue ourselves. They direct deposit the rent into our account which is very convenient.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Horrible customer service! Came home today to find strange men standing in my back yard and our fence torn down. My neighbor said she was in contact with AMMRE (Andrea) but i was completely unaware. When I try to call I am either hung up on or put on hold for more then 5 minutes. This home has cockroaches and I requested 3 times for it to be sprayed and here we are 3 months later and they never sent anyone. I have been renting from them for 2 years only because I love my condo. However, the company has horrible customer service. There are items that were supposed to be repaired before I moved in that are still broken. At one point I was told to gather quotes for repair myself and submit it to them for consideration.
