A: Yes our main phone line rings directly to staff members cell phones even after hours. We can also receive text message through our main line as well. If it is after 5pm or a weekend/holiday our phone line does go to voicemail but all voicemails are checked as received and calls are returned within 24 hours or the next business day unless it is an emergency which will be returned a quickly as possible.

I’ve been living in a property managed by this company and so far it took months to fix my fridge, which they ended up trying to deliver a new one which was hell. now my oven is messed up and no one has gotten back to me. There’s a leak in the garage which I feel is from the new fridge and I also told them that. I am highly unsatisfied. Their timing is horrible and the one person I was communicating with disappeared. At my year of the lease I will DEFINITELY be moving.

Overall, I had a very good experience with AIM Properties. The apartment was a studio on Vail Ave and it comes as is; mine was pretty filthy when I moved in. After cleaning it head-to-toe, it turned out to be a really good apartment and a great location. There’s a couple weird people roaming around, but they also had security for the complex which felt safe. The company itself was very clear and straightforward about the process of whatever questions I had. Pretty darn stoked about getting the full deposit back!:D
