There are many mortgage programs available out there; lenders typically ask you a few questions about your income, debt, and credit score to prequalify you for a loan. They should give you an estimate of how expensive a home you will qualify for (so we will know the upper limit to shop for), what your monthly payment will be, and as the amount of cash you will need to have available at closing to purchase a home at a particular price point.

I rented from IHeart for almost 2 years. This is the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are very quick to respond to any work orders and even follow up with you to make sure work was completed to your satisfaction. After a year and a half I wanted a home to call my own. I worked with Debbie she was so patient and really kept on top with sending me homes to look at and always had great advice, she was Amazing! I ended up purchasing the home I was living in which was a plus since I didn’t have to move.

After almost a year of empty promises, of finding a home for my family all the misleading information being given. I finally found the guy that got the job done. As far as I know never lied to me and certainly got the job done . I seriously had my doubts.I went into closing doubting and unsure , because of the lies I had experienced. When we went into the room to sign I'm in shock ITS REALLY HAPPENING, I cried , I couldn't believe it. They helped me give my girls something I had only hoped for. A home. Thank you so much guys.

We used Nancy 8 years ago for purchasing our first home and had a wonderful experience. We are preparing to sell the same house we purchased with her. She has been a great resource for potential repairs and general advice. I will update this review in the coming months after we have sold our house with her.

Run from this place dont rent any property from here. Dont make the mistake of giving a large deposit. Refused to return the $850 deposit after completing the lease and moving out with a notice. Lived in chauncey dr stay away from this are. There were several thefts in the are including my apartment.
