Recommend corrections be made where needed as part of routine roofer maintenance to help protect the underlayment from accelerated deterioration.

Whole Home Inspections welcomes our clients to join our certified, licensed and insured Home Inspectors at any time during their comprehensive inspection. At the very least we highly recommend that all our clients (Realtors are also encouraged) to meet with the Home Inspector at the end of the inspection.

Prices are based on Square Footage, Age, and any selected additional service(s). We do not charge for additional HVAC units / water heaters. There may be an additional discretionary charge based on availability, distance and/or service area. They include an additional report with pictures/documentation of changes made from the original Inspection.
