Charles with Square One inspected the home I am in the process of buying. He was a consummate professional who exceeded my expectations. Not only did he fit me into his schedule last minute after having my original inspector (different company) cancel on me last minute, but he performed the most thorough inspection of the property that I could ask for. I've owned a home before, so this wasn't my first rodeo. Charles assessed every nook and cranny of the property and provided knowledgeable feedback on the good, the bad, and the ugly.
