We recently purchased an existing home in Goodyear, AZ. Our realtor recommended Tuscany Home Inspections, LLC for the home inspection and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Steve was very professional and quick to get my inspection in to his schedule. I never had to wait for a response or reach out for an update or anything. I would definitely use Steve again in the future if I needed another inspection.

Steve from Tuscany Home Inspections was absolutely wonderful. Our realtor told us that she will always do her best to wait for his availability because he is that good... we are so glad we did just that. He went above and beyond what is legally required. He checked every single outlet in the house, leaving sticky notes saying whether or not they were loose or didn't work. He was thorough in his explanations, found everything he possibly could just so that we would be aware, and he was full of smiles. He was a real human being who connected with us, he wasn't just an inspector. We laughed and joked

In my opinion this home inspector was either lazy or incompetent. Recommended things which were not in his purview. Made observations which would cause every home in our subdivison to not be saleable. Did not test some things which were in plain sight, but ignored. The list goes on but I would be very careful before hiring this inspector.

The man that inspected our house missed so many things that were wrong with the home. The floor in the bathroom is caving in, and will have to be ripped out, there's leaks in the line with the dishwasher and the day the house closed--there was a massive water leak under the house. Thank goodness we had the home warranty system. The ceiling is cracking, down to the walls. Very disappointed. Worried there is more wrong with the house that he didn't find. Would not recommend.
