Very flexible with scheduling. He caught several other things that another home inspector completely missed. I've recommends him to my realtor for other home sales for her and would use again if I ever move again. We have a new build and our one year anniversary was coming up where we needed to report anything we wanted our builder to know / fix.

We needed to get an inspection done in 5 days from signing our purchase agreement and Wright was there the next day. His inspection was very thorough and even picked up on the smallest things. I feel much more confident going into purchasing my first home. One of my favorites things was the mass amount of pictures he took of every issue. He also organized the report in order of items that need to be fixed right away and things that could wait or were mostly cosmetic. This report and pictures are also helpful for when I call out contractors, plumbers, etc.. to fix the items I can show them the pictures

Found Wright Inspections from a high rating on a rating website. The high rating was well-deserved. We needed an inspection prior to purchasing a property, and Daren was recommended by our agent. Daren had excellent rates, and even more impressive, was his inspection expertise. We included pool and termite inspection, and we were happy to have that option. Wright Inspections did an incredible job and prevented me from making a terrible mistake. I was ready to jump head first into a property, but after having them review the place he was quite direct and provided an abundance of information that allowed me to make the appropriate decision. They were easy to work with, and when I met the inspector at the home he was very thorough discussing the issues he found. I would highly recommend this company if you are ready to purchase a new home. I will be using them again soon as I continue my search.

I am a First time home buyer and needed a second opinion on each and every step in the process of closing the house. But i can assure Daren would be the best for the services he provides. He is very professional and crosses his limits to provide you the complete report on the house. Do NOT disturb him while he is on the job, but after completing he will take you through a detail tour of the house and suggests fixes for all major and minor issues. We sold our home and Daren Wright was the inspector for our purchaser’s. He was very thorough, and when we were buying our next home we planned to use him. He didn’t disappoint, detailed, knowledgeable, and great to work with! I would recommend to anyone - bought and sold five homes and by far best inspector we have had.
