I've been here almost 5 years. Alex, the head of maintenance is absolutely amazing!!! But management refused to help with a constantly disgusting dishwasher after being here about 3 years. It grew mild a lot and I cleaned it and the filler area often as much as I could reach(and ran recommended cleaners through it and replaced filter) but the innards that can’t be reached seeded this constant issue. Filter would be disgusting and dripping black slime within weeks. We had frequent sore throats until we simply stopped using it as management simply wouldn’t help. I never received credit for rent

Been here 3 years in the 2BD/2BR layout, it’s been pretty great for the most part.
Pros:
- layout is very spacious and comfortable for the price, appliances are new, love the balcony
- maintenance requests are simple and completed in a timely manner
- very pet-friendly
- rental portal is convenient for rent payments, tracking maintenance requests, and messages about updates from the property management team
Cons:
- there’s been some inconsistent application of tenant conduct policies pertaining to parking policy, acceptable smoking areas, acceptable items allowed on balcony
- at times

Here are my 2 Cents about the Apartments.
- The management is polite and they listen to your concerns.

- The apartment is what you expect from it and becomes a home easily.
- We had some issues with people living here and they reacted diligently and according to expectations.
- During the pandemic they went above and beyond expectations.
We didn't thought it much to renew our 2 year agreement.
It was an easy decision, even when we had multiple options available due to the pandemic. We have recommended the place to friends and co-workers.

This is a pleasure to tell you what a pleasant place Sunridge Terrace is to reside in. My wife and I have bee residents here for the last 8 years and have had a wonderful experience regarding maintenance and the expeditious action solving the problem reported. The maintenance employees are professional and knowledgeable in their tasks. If we had a problem with other residence, which were very few, the office staff would immediately clarify the problem and solve it. The grounds around the property are meticulously maintained. Kudos to the office stall and their professionalism and kindness.

This is a very quiet complex. It is dog friendly. The people are really nice. My grandson loves the playground. I had a maintenance issue that was fixed the same day I put the order in. I thought that was amazing. I have lived in many apartment complexes and maintenance issues we're almost never fixed same day. They have food trucks that come sometimes on Fridays which is nice when it's hot and you don't want to cook.

My name is Tammy and we have lived at Sunridge Terrace Apartments for 1.5 years now. This has been such a great place to live! We had an amazing experience with the Assistant Manager Tracey during our move in, she went above and beyond. The maintenance staff here is always professional and courteous, and they get things done quickly! The manager Deborah has been awesome as well, she has been a huge help during Covid keeping those who have needed help supplied with resources. My husband and I have been truly blessed to be living here, we couldn’t of asked for a better place.

I've been a lifetime renter and I've never had such an amazing management team of individuals. Debbie, Tracey, Tianna and the maintenance crew. I feel like they genuinely care. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they have accepted deliveries for the residents and made arrangements for us to get them. We've received rent credits for paying our rent in time. I had Tianna call me recently, just to see how I was doing in all of this isolation.

I’ve lived at Sunridge Terrace Apt.’s for about 18 months. I can’t say enough good things about the management. You ask for something, and it gets done. . . Almost immediately! I took in a broken vertical blind last week and I didn’t even make it back to my apt. before the maintenance man was there to install a new one. And he always takes his shoes off before entering. Super thoughtful.
The leasing agents and manager (Debbie) are just as kind and helpful as can be. This is the best place I’ve ever lived. I signed a 3-year lease.

I live at Sunridge for a little more than 1 year, and I am very satisfied with everything. The managers are on top of everything and they are always very courteous.
I've had a problem with a neighbor and they were very helpful to solve the problem.
Also the maintenance on everything that I've needed was very fast.
I totally recommend living here! Especially with this amazing view!

GETTING WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR! I've looked and toured over 60 different apartments in the portland, Vancouver, clackamas areas. I've expanded my search when I wasn't finding an apartment that I LOVED. I saw Sunridge Terrace on an apartment website and immediately loved it. The pictures were nice, the view was amazing, they have a playground and… basketball court, everything that I was looking for based on pictures and online sites. I called and immediately got an appointment set to come in and tour. They are very flexible and its obvious that they focus on customer service and making sure

These people are crooks!! This place was SO DISAPPOINTING!! Not only was the rent super high, but for a "luxury apartment home" this place had VERY POOR lighting, horrible counter tops that would bubble up, and flooring was very basic and mostly all CHEAP carpets. The ceiling was paper thin so we would always hear our neighbors! We made several complaints which seemed to do nothing at all. They are OVERLY STRICT on parking rules to the point where I didn't even feel I could have guests and they were also strict on anything we put on our patio. The final straw was when we went to

After the husband and I got married we moved into the Sunridge Terrace. Thinking that in Clackamas this was one of the nicest apartments that was newly bill.
To our surprise, we experience the worst management possible.
First, since the apartments went up so fast on the hill they are all slanted. Because the foundation was not able to settle. Second you can hear through the walls ... like nobody's business is their own business. And third the management. They were so rude on so many different occasions we broke our lease ($2000 later) as soon as we found another apartment.

Id give a 0 if i could!!! I have a family of 5 and we are a professional family! The place is way to spendy! Raises rent on you, utilities are higher than my 4 br house i currently live in. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything. Neighbors could hear by a simple just walking around. We have always owned our own home and needed to rent because relocated and this place and management is horrible!

Don't rent from Sunridge Terrace apartments. The parking is horrible, there is never anything available, they lost my 30 days notice and then charged me for damages on the security deposit that I wrote down on my move in sheet. The staff was unhelpful and shuffled me around to several different people before referring me to a property management company in downtown Portland. Overall, the "luxury" apartment feel isn't worth the value of the homes, no amenities, no customer service, go down the road to Sunnyside apartments they are refurbished and a better value.
