Coach Peter is the best hands down!
I was having this annoying tingling feeling in both hands and trust me it’s the most annoying feeling ever. When I first met with coach Peter he was very clear in communicating what we would be working on and how we will get to the goal I wanted. I really appreciate the level of interest and care that he had in seeing me get better. He takes his time with you even though there are other folks in his sessions, you never felt left out and he was keen on ensuring am I doing the right things and not overexerting myself to make things worst.

Coach Peter is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and highly motivating. His enthusiasm knows no bounds. He can work with anyone regardless of age, body type, or any physical limitations. Peter is a fantastic trainer and motivator! He prides safe foundational exercise movements and helping people be their best. Coach Peter, at Impact Metrowest is by far the most motivating, knowledgeable, positive, hard-working, and patient trainers! Thin is not necessarily well. I learned that the hard way. I have been obese and suffered from back pain for most of my life. After losing over 100 pounds, I realized that I had also lost a lot of muscle. I could no longer lift a 50# bag of dog food and tired easily. Coach Peter at Impact Metro West is amazing! Due to a back injury, I went from working out six-seven days a week to no days a week. When I finally felt good enough to get back to the gym, Peter eased me into working out again and taught me what I needed to know so as to not injure myself again.
He’s extremely knowledgeable in what he does but his dedication and commitment to his clients is what distinguishes him from other trainers. Peter is a great coach. I have been working out all my life but as I got older shoulder injuries became an issue for me and was slwoing down my workouts. Luckily, I found impact and am now getting in better shape and the best part is I no loner have soreness in my shoulders. Peter mixes in some "Prehab" work along with other exercises. This is not your typical gym. This is for people that want to get fit the right way. If you want to get better, get motivated and workout with a group of awesome people then you need to visit Peter.

I've been working with coach Peter and coach Brad for 5 months and people have really noticed the change in me. Not just the physical transformation. I'm more motivated at work to give more and get more and I'm more focused too. The coaches stress that a lot in the workouts and assessments. I don't like exercise but I figured I'd give this a shot since it looked promising - I need to be at a place where people notice if you're not in class and call you up to check on you. At first that was a big motivational factor but now I really love class since the exercises

Rarely do you come across a trainer in life that is the complete package. Peter McMahon is it. He will offer his all to get you to the best shape of your life through amazing work outs and proper nutrition.

Peter is a fantastic trainer he really gets you motivated. I have always been a healthy person and have always gone to the gym. However, I was not seeing the results that I wanted. Listen up people. Skinny jeans are "in" again. So get yours out of the closet and throw them on. What's that? Oh, they don't zip? Damn. Ok, detour. Throw on your workout gear and head to IMPACT with Peter. After doing a few of his workouts and following his easy meal plan, you'll be back in your skinny jeans. Heck, you'll probably feel so good after his program, you'll want to hit the beach in your speedo. But please don't.

In a lot of ways Peter is your typical fitness dude. He's tan, he's always in gym clothes, and he's super juiced about everything involved with working out. But what makes him different is that he cares so much about your success that you can't help but work as hard as you can not to let him down. It's nice to workout out overlooking the beach. No complicated mish-mash of weight lifting or fear of him yelling at you for not being the fastest, strongest or coordinated in his group sessions. His methods are simple but effective and I feel like I can contact him at anytime

I have been so happy with my results over the past few months, Peter has helped me transform my body with full-service personal training. His dynamic classes and easy-to-follow food plans are just a part of what he brings to the table. He is a great mentor for beginners like me, but from the results I've seen with his long term clients, he definitely knows how to kick your butt!

His classes are so good, it's even worth getting up before the sun to get to his 6am classes at Bluff Park, overlooking the ocean. It's a beautiful setting too, watching the sunrise while getting healthier

Peter is a man of his word. You want results, you'll get it. You want a workout that will make you sweat every single class, it'll happen. You want to discover muscles you never even knew you had, you'll feel it. Peter's classes will make all of the above and more happen for you. I'm in the best shape of my life because of Peter.

I can't say enough good things about his classes. My girlfriend and I, both 27, are in his group workouts and they're hardcore (in a good way). The class is made up of all ages and both men and woman, with classes in the mornings and evenings. The group workout is for everybody. He also does 1 on 1 training, which I'm sure is even better.

I was a little skeptical when my friend had signed us BOTH up for a 2 week Fat-Blast boot-camp. But since I was in "get ready for cruise" mode I decided to try it. I am sure glad I did! Not only did Peter have a nutritional plan that I can actually prepare myself, eat and LIKE it, he also combined it with an exhausting workout! I have worked out with different trainers before and Peter is one of the better ones. The different types of exercises that he had us do was for EVERYONE to do.
