The concept of Mystic Fitness developed from our fascination with the way yoga seems to help people feel better about themselves. I feel very disappointed with this studio. Today is the first time I try this studio, if it is good, I will sign in a membership. I called in yesterday and confirmed that Saturday had class. However, when I came today, no body was there, no front people, and the door was locked!! I called their number. Still no answer !!
This is the first time I saw a studio said open online, but closed in fact! You waste my time!!
Why don’t you say you are closed today !! I drove long time to be here!

I really love practicing here. I think it's particularly effective for people like me who hate winter. It really makes me happier to do yoga in a hot room. The room is heated and humidified. There are showers and a clean changing room. The classes are really great, really engaging, really anatomy-focused and alignment-focused. It's also a very friendly community.

A friend gave me the gift of 30 classes for my 60th birthday. I really wasn't sure if I'd like Yoga because I am often stiff and sore. After ONE class, I came back for more, and after one month of classes, signed up for three more months of unlimited classes. ALL of the instructors are really great, they are all different in style and approach and I like that too. Highly recommend Mystic Yoga. (=
