We moved in on April 15th and absolutely love it here. The building is beautiful, clean and well taken care of; the staff are friendly, very responsive and super helpful; and the location is incredible, within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and businesses across the street!

Usually I only leave reviews when I feel there is something to improve, this time I need to leave a review for the amazing experience I was given by Amanda and Sydney. Honestly what an experience Ive been renting for the past 10 years and this is my very first 5 star experience from start to finish. They make you feel at home from the day you come for the tour.
If you looking for a community that offers you a resort class experience this is the place. Come visit and definitely ask for Amanda she rocks!!!

I am looking to move Fall of 2021. I have been searching for several months and years, in fact, and have not felt more attached to an apartment complex as I do with Marq on Main. I visited them back in 2018 when they still had some construction, and regardless of the incompletion, I was astounded and breath taken by its beauty. I am more than excited to call this place home and I can not wait to settle in.

A great new community in downtown Lisle, IL. I moved here in May 2019 and I will say that I am loving everything about living here. The buildings, the apartments and the common areas are beautiful, classy and clean. The staff is really friendly and very helpful in all ways possible. Customer service and satisfaction is obviously the goal there. I'm very impressed by the emphasis on the resident's experience!

My wife and I love the place and think the staff is great. It's new construction and some things are not yet finalized, but the location is really outstanding, and that way more than makes up for, say, waiting for the bike racks to be installed in the garage and similar "new building" things.

It's literally just steps to great eating -- an old line diner, a neighborhood pub and pizzeria, gyros, outstanding Mexican and even a whiskey bar. The building already has an authentic Italian cafe on the property with food just as terrific as their owners Joe and Nicole.

I signed my lease on July 12, 2018, with a guaranteed move in date of January 10, 2019. However, the apartment was not ready in January, and I was advised that the apartment would be ready for move in for March. However, that was not the case either. The apartment became available after May 15, 2019. After viewing apartment 1312, prior to move-in, I found that the apartment was different from the brochure that I had received.

Update: Communication problems have only continued. The review from Be Anonymous sums up the Marq on Main experience pretty accurately. Be Anonymous had communication problems from the point of leasing and they only ramp up from there when you actually move in. Today, instead of acknowledging it was a poor decision to not inform residents the door to the packaging room was broken for over a week, an employee ARGUED with me about how I'm not understanding the situation from their perspective. Can you even imagine it? Because I had a hard time believing it and I was there. They're so quick

Kim and her staff have responded to my review as if they weren't aware of the issues and are willing to help. I have been in contact with almost every person in that office and have now escalated the leak in the ceiling to the larger management office. Kim and her staff are fully aware of the issues that their residents face and are entirely dismissive of any of those issues.

Here's another example: the leak in my bedroom is still wide open with very attractive brown water rings around it. I reached out to ask maintenance if and when they are planning to fix the ceiling and have yet

As you will read in majority of these reviews, this place has ongoing issues that seem to never end. The 1 star is given based on the fact it is in an accessible location to the Lisle Metra stop, just steps away and right on main street near restaurants and bars. Other than that, I cannot say there are any other positives about this residence.

- The move in date was changed, due to the fact the NEW building that was supposed to be done in November was not complete (and still isn't), so was moved into the older building

- Amenities are still not complete

An excellent property which is going to be a cornerstone of this vibrant community. Awesome arboretum up the road and super convenient to downtown workers being right on the tracks. They should be finishing up in December, so it's kind of a mess right now on one wing of the building but it's going to be top notch. I just leased a 2 bedroom and they are going fast if you want to not wait until December! I'll follow up once we move in and they are finished but the service and friendliness has been altogether some of the best and the property will be one of the nicest I've seen

I'm impressed! On a Monday I contacted Marq on Main for the first time, and on Friday we finalized the lease and Saturday we moved in. The application process is completed on-line, and all the required documents can be uploaded. Given I have no US credit history, as a Canadian resident, approving the application in 4 days was quick turn around.
On move-in day, the property managers went over and above by catering lunch and having movers to assist.

These people have been the worst while trying to lease an apartment. Was approved and then they changed our move in date. Then we were told the unit that we wanted wasn't available and if it became available we would be notified. We contacted them about the unit in question when we notice that it was available again and they said well someone else might take it. We asked for It before your new applicant. Clearly the folks working here are highly incompetent. I cancelled my lease application with them because they have plenty of issues and we haven't even move in yet. I would be very careful

This place is completely unorganized. We applied for an apartment and didn't hear back for nearly two weeks. The move-in date was changed not once, but TWICE. Then the unit was changed due to construction conflicts. Then we were put back in our original unit with a move-in date two months out from the original date.

This place is clearly not ready for residents. The availability and move-in dates change regularly.

We were also told that we would be notified when an apartment layout that we preferred was available.
