Ive been living here for a little over 3 years now and i absolutely love it here. I cant imagine living anywhere else. The staff is awesome, maintenance team is always there to help, and there is so many fun things to do like ski in the winter, boat and fish in the summer, and even play frisbee golf.

Me and my husband lived here for over two years and honestly I felt like it was a good place to be. The area it's located in is secluded and calm, with lots of things to do.
The apartment itself was OK. It always felt safe and everything worked fine. My neighbors were always nice and you normally didn't hear any noses from them. The wall was made of brick so sound didn't travel much. Although you could hear noises from the door (it's not tightly sealed due to being an interer entrance).
So all in all I would recommend this complex for anyone who wishes to live in Lisle.

I truly love living here! The amenities are amazing! Four different lakes stocked with fish for catch and release fishing. Multiple swimming pools for the Summer! A ski hill for the ski enthusiasts. Out door Volley Ball courts. A very nice laundry room with vending machines that offer brand name sodas and snacks at discounted prices! The apartments are spacious and have loads of closet space. My apartment was fully updated before I moved in and it is beautiful! I really love my personal balcony where I can sit and enjoy the view of the many trees filled with birds and squirrels as I have a cup

When you hand in your check for utilities and rent. You have to call them and make sure they get it even when you hand it directly to them. Absent minded people that won't use the cameras that should be recording everything that happens and won't use the resources to resolve an issue. half if not more residents are on section 8 so your rent is much higher than anyone else so section 8 residents stay there either free or less than 200 a month. while you fork over more cash than they do. it's centralized heat and for some reason All the heating bills are different..why is a one bedroom more expensive

They will not return $400 reservation fee even though I never agreed to the security deposit verbally or in writing (which they confirmed in writing) which they contacted me well after 24 hours. I also never physically saw the apartment in question. They also falsely claimed tbe turned people away when they had four 2 bedroom apartments and two
1 bedroom apartments available the entire time.
