Terrible. We have been here for less than 5 months. The place was gross, reaking of cigarette smoke that we had to attempt to clean the first few weeks after we moved in. We will have to buy new bedding among other things once we move out since everything from our couch, mattress and clothing smell of stale cigarettes. We met the previous tenants and, while very friendly people, you could taste the cigarettes odor coming off them. Managment would not help and denied the smell. The windows seals are nonexistent so bugs and warm or cold air leaks in constantly. We are killing bugs daily. Paint is

Went to ask about this place in person and when I walked in I said "hi" and no one responded. There was a lady with black long hair that just stared at me. We weren't sure whether to approach anyone or how things worked since we got completely ignored. We finally went up to the lady and asked about availability and she gave us attitude. From the moment we walked in we felt extremely judged and extremely uncomfortable. Awful customer service.

It used to be a nice place but the last couple years (2019-2021) it has taken an ugly turn, lots of very sketchy characters have moved in and taken the neighborhood down with them, the police is here on a daily basis, I seen cops chasing people thru the buildings here, I seen the police with their automatic rifles out in the parking lot, the management is terrible, if you walk into their leasing office it looks nice but don't be fooled the buildings look nothing like that. It's dirty, the elevators are disgusting, the hallways smell like week old hot garbage, the overall state of the

6 months into my lease and I am very pleased with this apartment! You can't hear a thing from neighbors thanks to the walls being concrete. Maintenance is free and VERY fast, most of my requests were serviced same-day and fixed perfectly with no fuss. The office is receptive and patient - Email/phone communication from them is timely. While there are some loud cars, they're only loud for a few minutes at most and have never kept me up/woken me at night. It was a breeze working-from-home here. 5 stars well-earned!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! moved here for school, thought it was a decent place. They sub contract almost everything out, office can’t help you with anything. It’s loud cars all hours of day and night. And if you’re going through UTI to live here, look at other options. Way cheaper & way nicer!! Don’t get locked in here. Not worth it.

Experienced very bad with this community staff member especially one lady even though the manager was good. we have been given three sets of the key of apt excluding the one post box key and been told that we don't have one, while returning they charge $35 as missing key of post box even though it was not given to us. A staff member(lady) was not co-operative and did not get any response on our sent email to her. View of the apt was nice, but we were getting very bad smell out of AC vent and bottom form the carpet. We complained many times, but they keep saying that we don't have any solution to

Management fails to have their maintenance staff fix things correctly the first time. You have to keep calling and calling. I called for maintenance to be done on my tub when I first moved in because it was cracked, and no one has showed up and it's 2 years later. They better not try to charge me for this when we move out! The washers and dryers are always breaking. The fire alarm has gone off so many times where everyone in the building has had to go outside at 4 AM in the morning! Imagine having kids and having to deal with that! They also keep going up on the rent every year and the apartment

My family and I have lived here for 18 years. The only reason we are moving is because I am retiring and we want to live somewhere warmer. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. When something breaks (and this rarely happens) maintenance fixes it promptly. During the winter they clean the sidewalks really quickly. The parking lots are plowed in a very timely manner too. We have always been fortunate to have quiet neighbors and we feel very safe living here. The location makes it great for walking to the Eyes to the Skies festival, the park, the high school, and Jewel. We are going

Living here since June 2016. Nice and affordable townhouse. Other places around here were more expensive, happy with this place! As far as AC, yes, upstairs is hotter. It's not the end of the world. Raccoons, yes, absolutely. Probably because some people will not put their garbage in the actual dumpster. And I've never been robbed the entire time I've lived here. HOWEVER, yes, there are loud neighbors. Truth be told though, it doesn't really bother me as the walls are pretty darn thick. All in all, great place to live, lots of nice kids in the neighborhood for my kids to get along with. Maintenance

If you don't mind blinds that clip in place and break easily. Screens that are broken in the windows when you move in, door knobs that fall off, a Bathtub that start peeling, not to forget a broken sliding screen door out back, utilities that came from the 70s and much more! Please make the trip over and come see the show house with the most updated utilities, I promise that's not the one you'll be moving in to!

I have lived here for 2 years now and I'm counting down the days until the end of my lease. I can hear mice running around in the walls and they even chewed a hole in the wall so they could come in and out of my townhouse. It took me 3 months of complaining to the office about the issue for them to relay the message to maintanance for fixing. I also have friends who visit frequently and because my front door is in view from the office, the office tried telling me I had to pay a fee and have people added to my lease because they see the same couple of people coming into my place frequently

Might as well be renting from a slum Lord.the parking, always a problem. You have to pay for a permit, but parking is on on a first come basis, which means if your getting home after 7pm you may have to park a block away from your unit. Rent raises every year. The quality of the units are cheap. Cheap paint with paint jobs that look as if children did them, outdated worn out cabinets, cheap counters, if you choose the flooring upgrade its $35 extra a month, for cheap low quality vinyl, Windows are all old with huge drafts, furnances m, well at least mune, and according to the fireworks department

Lived her since 11/2015. Rent raised $150 per month since then. Now have to pay for guest parking, parking passes (again), charged for making rent payments, no updates, property maintenance minimal, parking HORRIBLE, and poorly designed apartments. Only have stayed because of our dog and private entrance. Looking for new place ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this Jennifer person is the same Jennifer she speaks of in the leasing office.... I agree on many points with Valerie.
I've been there a few months now... the lighting at night sucks... i work very early in the AM hours and there's always some suspect people roaming around at about 3-4am and random cars sitting DOUBLE PARKED and in the damn way of my car. I'm glad i have my conceal carry permit, because it seems the wrong type of people are out at this time of night. No, that is not racist.... i have no idea what color they are, simply the looks and time of night and

Too Easy - The place was clean, responsive, fair, and always working on the property. My wife and I lived here for a couple years after moving to the area and loved having the huge park next door. At lease end, we were able to work through the cost of any repairs and wound up having a great experience. Jennifer is wonderful to work with and I recommend anyone moving to the are look this place over. Thanks for the comfortable home in a new city guys!

My husband and I set up an appointment with Tony to check out some 2 bedroom townhouses on a Friday morning. We have been looking to leave our apartment for quite some time now, we need something a little bit bigger.
