I have now lived at Lisle Station for 1-full year and it has been a breeze!! Ashley has onboarded me and has been very helpful in keeping me up to date on current events and has been really informative with her emails. Julie has also been very nice in answering any questions I have about any issues. I just signed my lease for the next year and am excited to see what the next year brings. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere quiet, convenient, and low maintenance.

Crystal from the leasing office went above and beyond her job description to make my move easy and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better leasing office. Crystal was really on top of helping me in any way she could, she is kind and patient and a joy to work with. The complex is quiet, serene and conveniently located. It truly feels like home here. I am very happy with my decision to rent with Lisle Station apts, I will definitely be staying until we decide to buy!!

The people who run this place are crooks (see second paragraph for details). Bugs and huge centipedes everywhere, unsafe/inefficient windows that are literally locked with just a tiny screw, the heating/cooling units don't work, not enough garbage and recycling to cover the buildings so they are constantly overflowing, and the smallest kitchen ever. Everyone on my floor heated their apartments with space heaters instead of the in unit heating, which made the electric bill ridiculous. Also, I'm sure the wiring here is unsafe.
If something happens like a pipe bursts and floods your apartment and

Lisle Station Apartments is the worst complex I have ever lived in. I lived here for over 1 year and it was torment.
Hot showers are not possible here - you have less than 10 minutes of hot water before you run out.
The posted office hours are a joke - they are rarely there. You must refill your over-priced laundry card from the office so I frequently need to make plans to leave work early in the hopes of refiling my card or picking up a package.
The maintenance staff will leave their empty beer bottles in your living room frequently. They are incompetent and do jobs poorly - when they do not

I've lived at Lisle Station for 5 years now and it's in a great location to access 88 and 355 and the residents are quiet and good neighbors. The first 4 years here I would've given a 4 star review (a star off for tiny kitchens but hey I knew that going in). Over they years they raised rent on a yearly basis. Within the past year or 2 the leasing office manager Kim (who was awesome) got promoted and moved on to bigger and better things. Since she left they have not found a reliable replacement for her. 9 out of 10 times that I try to access the leasing office during their posted

Not worth it! I would give ZERO STARS if I could. They raised the rent $120 PER MONTH this year, even though they do nothing to replace or upgrade anything. Everything is original from over 50 years ago and falling apart. They just slap some more glue on and hope it sticks. Now they are charging $5 for any extra vehicle parked in the lot per day or have vehicle towed if you don't call in advance! So don't try and have friends stop by or risk getting towed. Misleading everybody to believe there is a parking issue when there isn't. It is just so they can make more $$$$$$$. Staff uncaring and hardly

I moved into this complex 2 years ago with my then girlfriend who pushed for the unit as it was conveniently between both of our jobs and is right next to the train station and 88/355 which is great. We rented a non-renovated unit as it was reasonably priced and the space is quite good however the kitchen is exceptionally small and would have loved to trade some of the living room space for more kitchen. The unit did not have any amenities as it was not renovated which I regretted very quickly. The heating/cooling wall unit is horrendous and it becomes either way too hot or way too cold and when

Do you like mold, centipedes, and being ignored by management?
Would rate 0 stars if I could.
This is without a doubt the worst apartment I’ve ever had the displeasure to live in. Mold, infested with centipedes, poor insulation and ventilation, dirty stench, broken old horrible interior…..the list goes on and on. The property manager can’t be bothered to email you back about anything, you’re lucky to get a maintenance request fixed within a sensible time - I don’t know what the office staff actually does all day long, honestly. You’ll be lucky to catch them in the office working,

Quiet 1 bedroom community. No central air. Poorly insulated units drive up electric costs in winter. The price is purely based on its location, the fully remodelled unit's price tag is unjustifiable, non-granite countertops, many cut corners within the renovations that start to show the longer you live in one. Sloppy paint jobs and noticeable damage from age of building and previous residents makes your fully renovated $1200 apartment feel like any of the other base units.
Maintenance Supervisor is great but they need at least one extra technician to keep up with work orders.

Fat bucktoothed woman with the snottiest attitude ever tells me, after spending FOUR HOURS on trains to get there, that they are appointment only on Saturdays. Sure, it doesn't say that on the website, but Snotface doesn't care. Tells me to "come back another time." Thanks, lovely, but I'll look elsewhere.

Recently moved here with my GF and so far so good. Covenient location right off of 88 & 355 and of course the Lisle metra station is within walking distance if you need to use that. The apartment itself was very clean upon move in, cleanest place I've ever moved into. Large bedroom/living room area, kitchen is small but it gets the job done, large storage and bedroom closets, nice patio area with sliding door.

Just a few plumbing issues when we moved in but the maintenance department comes by the next day after you put in a request. The leasing manager is very friendly as well! Have
