I cannot say enough good things about Retreat at Seven Bridges. They are on top of maintenance, which has been an issue in other places I've lived. The office staff are great and have always been helpful. It's very quiet, safe, and in a good location (close to downtown DG, naperville, etc). We literally never hear our neighbors. And also they keep the buildings very clean and grounds well maintained. Thanks retreat!

I have been living here for one full month and I have nothing but great things to say!
The apartments has a great layout and the clubhouse is great. The thing I'm most impressed with is the quick turnaround for work orders. When I first moved in I noticed there was a blind and a wand missing on the blinds. I called the front office and within an hour they came and brought me the items. Just recently I noticed a shelf in the kitchen was hanging a bit low and same thing, they were at my door within an hour ready to fix it!

If there was zero stars, I would give it to them. I lived there for a year, and never had any problem. But now that I moved, not just that I didn't receive my security deposit back, but they are trying to charge me extra 500$, for some made up things. They are charging me 100$ for the "huge urine spots on the carpet", when I never had a pet in my apartment. I never had a pet, never owned one, nor anybody ever came to visit me with a pet.
Plus they are trying to rip me off for the "dent in the fridge door", 400$. Sending me pictures in which a can clearly see its not the fridge from my apartment
