Love everything about this place. Staff is amazing and always there to help when i reach out. Community amenities are the best. Location is perfect. Neighbors are friendly. Events are a blast! I plan to renew for a second time in the upcoming months. Things are turning around from the past management company and i couldn’t be more thankful.

Like:
- Maintenance people are nice.
- The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area of Frisco
- Able to rent a garage for an additional monthly fee
- Built-in cabinets in the apartment
- Close to Ruff Range dog park
- W/D in walking clothes
Cons:
- Walls are thin. If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them.
- Monthly amenity fee

I am an apartment locator and I recently sent one of my best clients to this property. My client was so impressed with the staff and the property that she leased on the spot. She told me it would take something special to lease an apt ...and this was it! I called Maxwell to check on my client's application and spoke with Jennifer. Her customer service was top notch! I was a resident of The Maxwell for 18 months and before I delve into the negatives let me first preface with some positives. On the surface the property is beautiful, has a great pool and gym area, and it is also a great location with access to multiple surrounding shopping areas and highways. Unfortunately, that is about the extent of the pros. Throughout the duration of my lease I encountered a few not so great experiences, with the number one issue being noise. I am very much accustomed to apartment living and understand that living in close quarters results in some carried noise throughout

I have been at The Maxwell for 2 years. I decided to lease here because the apartments were brand new. That was a requirement of mine. After a year of living in my brand new apartment, I decided to transfer due to not being able to sleep due to the dog snoring above me. I transferred to get sleep. Lincoln promised that they would make the used apartment like new due to everything I had experienced. Then Gables takes over. On the day of my transfer move in, the walls had not been painted, the carpet had not been replaced, the shelving in the cabinets were wobbly or broken completely, bathroom floors
