It is nice family and pet friendly apartment complex. I recently moved in here and really love it. The girls at the office, Amanada, Brooke and Brenda, are nice, very helpful and make you feel home in comunity.

Taking a tour of this property for a potential new home was a pleasant experience. The Leasing Consultant was knowledgeable, informative, professional and pleasant without being pushy. The grounds were nicely manicured and the apartment I looked at was nice. When dates fall into place, this apartment community will be at the top of my list.

This place is below average in my opinion, and I live here. Here are the reasons why.
1. The office folks, while nice, don't know anything and have no authority. They constantly blame the corporate office for any issues. When I ask questions, the response is usually "I don't know".
2. They don't do much maintenance. Both car washes have been out of service for weeks. The office folks are clueless about when they will be working.
3. One of the propane grills burned and destroyed the surrounding area. It hasn't been repaired and looks like it won't.
4. The manager NEVER walks the grounds to check

Brenda was very helpful, answered all of my questions. Offered to provided any additional information that I may required. Help me obtain a washer and dryer at the last minute. Great person presents your property in a positive manner. After reviewing the apartment it was everything she promised. Good job!

Jeremiah is absolutely the best person - I reported my A/C out and he was here in 4 or 5 minutes to fix it! We were so thankful for him as it was starting to get hot in the apartment and would have been a long night without air! THANKS to him, he repaired it -- was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is such a nice person and Hudson is very lucky to have such a great employee! He also did a great job one other time for us - so we thank him both times, and especially today - thank you very much.

Brenda was very helpful and thoughtful. She showed us all the terrific amenities available for the residents and answered all our questions. Gave us a nice tour of the grounds as well as both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. We are looking forward to becoming residents of Hudson Woodstock real soon! Thanks Brenda!!

These 5 stars are for Jeremiah! He is hands down the most efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional maintenance staff we've encountered at the property. When he reported to assess the issue my little ones were still asleep, he kindly came back a little later and was super friendly about the delay.
Before he came our maintenance issues were barely getting any attention at all and then it would take days to get anything actually completed.
