The biggest downside I have is the problems with people smoking. The management hasn't done much to alleviate the issue and I have an 8 month old child. I would definitely recommend an air purifier or two and to always tell management when you smell smoke from inside your apartment and corporate as well. The location isn't my favorite as it's right next to a sewage treatment plant, so it smells like literal waste outside.
There is so many bugs, and even though I am a clean freak and get pest control, the apartment still gets them often. My apartment wasn't clean when I moved in, it was coated

I’m moving there from another state. Ms Pat made me feel like I was already at home. She took the time to talk to me so that I was able to get over my fear of moving to a different state. Application process was smooth although I needed a 3 bedroom I was ok settling with the two bedroom for now, due to my experience with Ms.Pat and her support.

I went in for an appointment with Stacie and she was awesome! She walked us to an apartment and answered all our questions. The area was clean and look well maintained. She was super informative about pricing and their availability! The unit they showed us was clean and very beautiful inside! I am hoping I can find a home here soon!

The Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Patricia Williams made sure I had everything that was needed to ensure a smooth move in. I could have not asked for a better place to live. The whole complex is clean and very family friendly. If you are looking to live in Woodstock ,Ga this is the place to be.

Patricia and Justina are simply amazing. During my process of moving out of my apartment into my new home. My closing date was pushed forward- beyond my proposed lease termination date. Management came up with a solution that kept me from having to book a hotel room for a couple of days. This kept me from having to deal with a huge amount of stress! Thanks to the caring attitude presented by Justina and Patricia.

I've been living here for 9 months and I couldn't be happier. Patricia was wonderful helping me through the application process and is always sincere and pleasant to communicate with whenever I have a question or maintenance issue. Maintenance requests are always answered within a week, usually sooner. I love that this is a smoke-free community. I've been to apartment complexes that do not enforce a smoke-free community and the ground is always covered with cigarettes. I moved here in April and I can honestly say I love my apartment home. The process before moving was worth the wait. Mrs Patricia Williams has been a true blessing as a leasing manager. She is the best, hands down. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and gets the job done.
Parking is a bit challenging some days, but that’s expected for any apartment community. Price for the space, location, and safety are my top priority when shopping around for a new home.
Fortunately, I secured all three here at Riverstock.

Nice quiet community! I've been living here for two years now. This is a pretty nice quiet neighborhood. The office and maintenance staff are really good at keeping up with the maintenance requests. The landscape is maintained and manicured on a regular consistent basis. The Rooms are enormous and spacious and if you like live entertainment and food you would appreciate the fact that your 1min away from all the action @downtown Woodstock. Stop by today you want regret it...
