The team at Station 92 was nothing short of amazing. Lauren, Bec, Stacey and the “team of 10’s” deliverd in every way. The process can be overwhelming, but their attention to detail and over the top service was comforting. They truly helped work through the process and didn’t try and just bully me into signing a lease like I experienced at other local properties. I could not recommend this team and this property enough. A true joy to work with!!!

We moved in a month ago and couldn’t be happier with Station 92. The place is absolutely beautiful, our apartment itself is a gem, and everyone at the office is very nice and welcoming! Bec at the office helped us with picking our apartment online (we were in another state), and she was amazing and very responsive! It still holds true after we moved in - really couldn’t have found a better place in Woodstock! :)

This property is consistently one of the most well kept properties in the area! I have been to many other apartment complexes around Atlanta, and I have found Station 92 to always be meticulously clean in their appearance, and professional in the office. Bennie and his team keep the grounds beautiful, the apartments in working order, and the pool clean, clear and safe! Lauren and Bec in the leasing office are attentive and friendly and always respond the residents needs with urgency! Thank you Station 92!

Over the summer, my fiancé and I found out that we had a matter of months to relocate to the Atlanta area for our jobs. Neither of us knew anything about the area and started searching online for apartments. None of the websites caught our eye, other than Station 92. We immediately called and spoke with the front office to schedule a tour. They didn't have any in person tours for a few weeks, but right that moment the woman we were speaking with (Bec- she's awesome!) offered to do a FaceTime tour. The apartment was perfect via that FaceTime tour and we immediately applied for the apartment

This place has great amenities from a state of the yard gym which is maintained and kept clean at all times to a pool and Cabana area with grills and TV to watch near a fireplace. The staff here is also awesome, Lauren and the girls really make you feel at home and take care of any need that you have. Check out these photos of the place at night. It feels very safe here.

Superb service is custom. Maintenance is always on point. Office team is excellent at tending to any requests and go far beyond what is expected. Lauren is especially knowledgeable at answering my questions and also dealing with my concerns. She is very responsive at any hour. I’m seeing a lot of good things happening in the community as far as upkeep and it’s very much appreciated!

Bec is sweet and helpful but renters beware!
Facilities are clean, safe and decently
maintained. I would give it five stars if not for this fact - They will STEAL your deposit!
We lived there for all of two months and took terrific care of the place. It was painted and had new cheap carpet. When we moved in, We took pictures. We are not messy people, we had no spills, no spots, nothing. My wife spent a day cleaning the place even though she didn’t have to and they still contrived to claim that there were problems and STOLE our deposit. The main culprit? The oven which we used maybe twice!

I just relocated to Woodstock for a new job and was not able to view apartments in person due to timing - I had to make a decision extremely quickly to secure housing. I cannot thank Bec enough for making the experience as seamless as possible - she even went above and beyond and FaceTimed me / sent pictures of available units so that I could pick the best apartment for me (and my dog) She was also super helpful getting all of my paperwork taken care of via email! My dog and I love it here so far! The dog park and amenities are great and I love how close we are to downtown! Thanks, Bec!

I've lived here for six months! The leasing office and the maintenance staff are fantastic! Nice people that care before AND after you sign your lease. I submitted 4 work orders in one day, and by the next day all four were taken care of very well.
The only complaint is parking. However, it's fairly easy to walk to any building in the apartment complex because there are walkways through the central pool area.
The pool is nice and kept up well. Another huge plus to this complex is the sidewalk extension made for access to the green prints trail. It takes me 8 mins to bicycle to downtown

Yesterday my fiancé and I headed out at 8 am to start a day full of apartment hunting. By the time 3:30 pm hit, we had already gone to at least 6 different apartment complexes, and were greeted by some very helpful, and friendly property managers and employees. The train derailed when we decided to check out the Station 92 Apartments in Woodstock. We walked into the leasing office at 3:30 pm. The office was open until 5, so figured we had plenty of time to stop in and get some pricing and availability information. I actually came to the office and asked about paint color and he told me to come in and he'd give me some paint. Then they didn't have any on hand and he said and I quote "don't worry about the walls, scuff marks." The stove was like that when I moved in. It's old and that spot is impossible to get, the tub did not look like that when I left. I bleached it. The carpet is 4 years old and you have to replace it regardless for the next tenant. I was there

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! As a victim of violence I had to leave my apartment. I gave them all the paperwork they asked for and then some and they still gave me the runaround and putting my life in danger. Giving information to my abuser, and saying I abandoned the apartment when I went to them saying it wasn't safe and THEY told me to leave! The people in the office are horrible and racist.

We moved in two years ago and were very pleased to live here. I will preface this by saying we did move in right when they opened. This place had that advantage. After two years I will say the apartments ARE not quality lol in fact we saw wear and tear almost 6 months after moving in. Upon the end of our term the carpet was already rising from the ground, we noticed poor installation of the cabinets. All the counters and appliances are very run of the mill. Yet my 4 star review of this place is based off my two year experience. The apartments are fairly large around 1250-1350 sq for a 2-2. Very

Initially I thought the complex was well run. But after 4 months of being there I had to request that my air filter be changed. Air filters should be changed quarterly. By the time I moved out in December there had never been an announcement of any filters being changed and my neighbors hvac unit quit working due to a dirty filter. They also installed a sprinkler system throughout the complex without giving any notice. There was mud everywhere for weeks. After I complained, they finally put some sod down but since they never turned off the sprinkler system even when we had plenty of rain

These apartments are fantastic! Hardwood floors, beautiful light fixtures, tile floors in the bathroom, open concept, built in microwave over the stove, brand new appliances, two story fitness center with TRX, a beautiful resort style pool, a pool lounge with a huge flat screen tv open 24 hours, fire pits, and some other nice features in progress. I would highly recommend these apartments...it doesn't even feel like apartment living.
