HORRIBLE experience with greedy and incompetent Jake. He screwed up my medical payments, took 1/3 of my settlement, and refused to respond to my messages when I had questions or concerns. He's a shameless and disgusting lawyer who takes advantage of people in desperate situations. I horribly regret working with Jake the cliche of a slimy lawyer, and you should find a more trustworthy firm that will return your calls. I'm still trying to fix his errors and it's been awfully stressful!!! Jake has zero respect for people, he just wants 33% of the money that's supposed to pay

Car accident are awful because they take a toll on you physically and mentally. In our scenario my husband and I ended up having to go to multiple doctors but all along the way from the very first moment we reached out to them they we extremely responsive and checked in with us periodically to see how we were progressing. Even when the bills came in they worked with the doctors to postpone payment until our settlement was finalized. Paperwork was minimal and easy to comprehend. I could only say great things about Jake, Aaron, Lisa, and the rest of the Galperin and Associates for all their great work in my case. Meeting Jake was interesting because of how I came to find his firm. When I had my car accident in 2016 I was nervous, scared, and didn't know what to do. I thought about getting a lawyer, but didn't know where to start or who would be good. I heard horror stories of the fast food version of law offices, the ones you hear a lot about on the radio and tv and was even more confused. My experience with Galperin and Associates was very positive. I was initially skeptical of this small, unpretentious firm, but after consults with the larger corporate guys I really appreciated the personal attention G&A provided. Plus, they didn't have any of the pressure gimmicks that I received from the types who post fancy billboards and TV spots. Aaron Cooper was my attorney and he was patient, kind, responsive, and he did everything he said he would do - everything you could ask of a personal injury attorney. Five stars.
