We lease and manage properties as we would want our own rental properties to be managed. We are knowledgeable about which amenities attract prospective tenants, and how to maximize your property's marketability. We are focused on maximizing rents, while also being realistic about the current market.

We enjoyed working with Lisa R. Lisa did a great job with the tour and making us feel welcomed. She was very understanding of our situation (we have a golden retriever). She responded very quickly to emails and requests for more information about the home and the owners.

I hired Avenue One to manage my home on Queen Anne about 4 years ago, they have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and have exceeded my expectations. They are so quick to respond to me anytime I reach out. They are pro-active about handling preventative maintenance, rather than waiting for things to go wrong. I don't write reviews often but I felt it was the least I could do after Avenue Ones exceptional service! Me and my roommate have been renting a house from Avenue One for the past year and a half. They are by far the most professional and helpful leasing company I've rented from. Kathy has been especially great in handling any repairs that we needed done, always sending someone to fix it immediately no matter how small the repair. They always show me that they actually care (which is hard to find) and always provide the best and kindest customer service, I never have to worry about getting a hold

I was looking for a reputable company to manage a house and condo I own. I asked around and was given Avenue one information as I have friends who has used them in the past, after doing my own research on this company I have decided to stay far away from a company that is far from diverse, being an individual of color and not seeing one person on their about me section of a different race then the principals themselves that work for this company. I am absolutely disgusted anyone will allow this company to manage their assets!

Trough out our lease we were told they can’t take care of some things and fix several things that we requested that were reasonable and should have been take care of.
At move out their accounting person is so unorganized. During me being so busy I had to take time to email her many time and even with reminders she still didn’t get the refund amount correct.
Wouldn’t recommend them.

Our lease at our previous home ended mid December and we started looking for our new home mid-November online. We knew we wanted to find a home managed by a property management, where communication and expectations are clearly explained/defined. We found a few possible homes but reviews of the management companies were discouraging.
As luck would have it, we came across the listing for our home within a few hours of its post with an availability date close to our previous lease end. We contacted Avenue One through Zillow messaging and received a reply within a couple hours.

We lived for a year in a condo Avenue One managed and we were very happy with their professionalism. We worked mostly with Julie, Julie and Kathy. They were responsive over email, answered questions when we had them, and did not try to nickle and dime us out of our security deposit. They scheduled repairs promptly and seem to give a hoot about their end of the renter-landlord relationship. Would absolutely rent from again.

I rented a fairly high end property from Avenue One for tow years, before buying my own house. Avenue one was super responsive to maintenance requests. They were very professional and totally reliable. The main line clogged while we had guests over, and they arranged to do over 10K worth of repairs within days. We had to break our lease, which as agreed cost us a month's rent, and the process was seamless. If I ever had a rental property in Seattle, I would not hesitate to have Avenue One manage it. The same if I were renting.

Avenue One Residential is considered the top property management company in the Seattle area, and they have the best reputation. You can be assured that you will receive professional service and sound advice regarding your assets.
