Dr. Singh, born and raised in India, graduated from University of Arizona, College of Medicine in 2004. He specializes in Internal Medicine dealing with prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. He started practicing Primary care medicine in Green Valley, AZ after his graduation in addition to working as a Hospitalist in several Tucson Hospitals.

Not sure about one of reviews stating that the staff is rude. The staff I've been dealing with has been very friendly and was one of the reasons I chose Pinnacle over others just by initially speaking to them on the phone. Doctor Singh is friendly and actually listens to me compared to other PCP's I've dealt with in the past.

This place has zero communication. Went in on 1/18/21, was told I would need a MRI. STILL WAITING!! Even for someone to call me back. On top of that there was no prescription called in. I WOULD NOT!! Recommend this medical practice to anyone.
Reply to owner...you called me and asked me to change my review without resolving anything. You called again BEFORE I had an MRI, I've yet to speak with you after the MRI. I've spoken to the Dr who reviewed the MRI. NOT YOU!

Dr. Singh and his staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with all of my medical needs. They were very compassionate, and made scheduling my appointments, receiving medication, and coming up with my plan of care very stress free and easy. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor, Dr. Singh went out of his way to explain and answer any questions I had and made me feel less stressed about my health issues with his plan of action!

This office has very inexperienced staff, including the doctor. They have zero communication skills, and zero follow up. I have been trying to get a GCM for my father since 4/2/21, and it continues to go back and forth from the doctor's office and Edgepark because this office cannot get the clinical notes correct in my dads situation. I have been left on hold for a lengthy time only to be disconnected because the office closed while I was on hold. Very unhappy and disappointed in this healthcare office.

Pinnacle HealthCare is a group made up of Nurse Practitioners that go all over Tucson caring for patients in their homes, whether it's a facility, care home, or private residence. This type of practice of 'house calls' is becoming harder and harder to find, so it's wonderful to know that they can still do it. Pinnacle HealthCare is one to call!

Pinnacle healthcare is very reliable and provides great patient care. Dr. Singh and all of his NP providers for in home care. The office staff is very friendly and timely on getting appointments scheduled.
