I've been here for about 5 months and am impressed with how promptly and kindly management has responded to my concerns and has gone the extra yard to address them. Maintenance is on point with following up on request for repairs. My rating reflects those two aspects of the community. Thus far it's been a positive experience.

We currently live at Long Pond Village and we found mold in our apartment in our second room. I am absolutely disgusted instead of replacing the ceiling they decided to clean up the mess and use a chemical cleaner to clean the mold. I have been very sick ever since we have moved in the apartment May 1st 2018 and still going on issue. They had the nerve to call my husband a liar when we confronted them about the mold in the 2nd bedroom . WE WILL NOT BE RE SIGNING OUR LEASE! AND OUR LAWYER WILL BE COMING AFTER THEM FOR THE RENT WE PAID WHILE I AM SICK DUE TO THE MOLD

I've been a resident here since the fall of 2016, and for the most part, I really love living here. The apartment itself is beautiful, as are the grounds, and management has always responded promptly whenever I've had a question or concern. Maintenance has also always been very prompt and very thorough. The one issue here is the parking, which seems to fill up quickly in spite of the permit rule, and this generally happens on weekends when management isn't on the premises to enforce the permit parking rules.

Nice apartments, relatively quiet between apartments but not quite luxury. Definitely worth the price if you're in a good distance to work or if you commute is short. The community here is nice. The previous owner/manager wasn't the best but the newest management seemed great before I left; very reasonable. Maintenance was great and quick. It was nice to live in a place that allowed dogs in the community. Minus one star for poor parking (never enough spots, people parked on grass even though it wasn't allowed) and minus one star because I don't think these are quite luxury apartments even though

If I could give it no stars I would! Worst summer of my life spent at Long Pond. We moved in (my family of 5) between selling our house & be able to move into our new house. This was one of the only places we could find that offered a short term lease option. What a mistake! Within days of moving in my children had bites on their arms and legs. I immediately though bed bugs. After a thourough search we turned up nothing. All of our beds and pillows had bed bug covers on them already because we have allergies and the type of cover that works best also keeps bed bugs off your mattresses

Unfortunately I decided not to move into Long pond only because I had chance to stay home with my Mom and save some money. I would like to say that the manager Jan was extremely professional throughout the whole process, she treated me with respect and when I told her we weren't moving in, which was very late notice she remained pleasant, understood our dilemma and wished us luck. I would refer this apartment to anyone in the area, and I would specifically ask for Jan or Nicola. Excellent customer service skills from BOTH of them.
