My move to FoxRun has been very pleasant. I was a little nervous, I haven't lived in an apartment since I was in my twenties and I just sold my home I needed a place quickly. The place was very clean when I moved in it looks like it had been repainted no holes in the walls, the floors were clean the appliances were spotless and I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet my apartment is. I thought I would hear a lot more than I do, I'm hopeful that we are not the noisy ones LOL. My dog was very welcomed here by the staff and my neighbors everyone has been super friendly and the staff was amazing at

This is my bath tub. What you are seeing is raw sewage back up. This has been going on every day for a month. Every day I send the property manager photos of this. They called a company called APEX which they have stated The issue is somewhere within my building rather then the outside main. Maintenance has visit my apartment several times and is unable to fix this issue. I have children who live in my home with my youngest being 6 months old. From day one they put me in an junky apartment but, did not charge me a security deposit. I should of known better. I can't live like this no more. I will

Honestly wish I could leave a -5star. The current rating is too generous . The staffing is rude, unorganized, and well it’s too overpriced. I had trouble with them before even moving in!!! Like how?!! Then called to explain something is wrong, just to be told I’ll get a call back and still haven’t gotten one. They do a horrible job at cleaning and getting set up for the next tenants the apt stink and the carpets need to be switched out not cleaned. Specially if pets were living in it before. Honestly I should’ve just gone with the ratings like I had planned. Do better. Wish I didn’t have

It's a nice sized apartment. I was able to quickly get approved and get an apartment here without any trouble.
A couple of downsize however. I would say that maintenance needs to do better. I've only had one encounter with a maintenance person three months ago who said that work would be done on my apartment and only one thing got done out of five things.
The walls and floors are thin enough that you can clearly hear your neighbors if they are loud enough and it doesn't take much.
And if your neighbor has a dog, you can clearly hear them bark through the walls.
But it hardly ever bothers me

If you want to live in a place that never gets fixed and extremely expensive with hidden fees this is the perfect place to live! If you want to deal with a rude manager, no one ever answering your calls, or the manager thinking she knows more than your 2 lawyers then welcome to the beautiful place of Foxrun apartments!!! Overall, the apartments are a great deal. They are spacious and have great amenities (washer dryer in unit, dishwasher and spacious patio). My particular unit overlooks the woods so it is private and peaceful. The community is quiet and safe. The office staff, in particular Courtney and Kasey, have been prompt and friendly. Courtney was responsive and helpful answering all of my questions prior to move in. Kasey has been attentive and extremely helpful whenever I've contacted the office since my move in. He acts swiftly and professionally at all times.

Courtney was fantastic! She was such a great help in walking us through all the paperwork and letting us know what was missing to help us connect the dots. Lovely experience and very nice and attentive. They were able to get us in at our desired move in date ! There are some things that I wish had been replaced or cleaned before our move in ( mold in the washer’s front rubber that is unable to be scrubbed out) but we have put a work order in and will with other things (broken lights in the hood and fridge ) but with the accelerated move in date we were just happy to be in and are sure they will
