The manager is a tyrant and refuses to fix just about anything that doesn't require the tenant to pay for it. She knows that there is a bed bug issue, however does not seek to properly remedy the situation. Rude is an understatement. They need a new property manager and her boss is an even worse tyrant. Find someone that has common sense and common decency to speak with people of diffierent backgrounds or else you will continue to lose people. Please don't waste your time. There are many other properties you can go to and these photos are not consistent with the current condition of the houses

Living here was the worse thing I have every experienced. I apartment was shot at, pit bulls everywhere, my apartment was robbed 3 times (twice while me and my son were sleeping) and when I moved out, I found out that I was taken to court and charged 4000 dollars in damages for the apartment and i never recieved proper notice to appear in court. I have videos from when I left and it definitely was not 4000 dollars worth of damages. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are nothing but thieves and thugs. They tried to tell me that the area wasn't bad but I beg to differ.
