I wish I have a good review but unfortunately my experience so far is very disappointing.
Till this moment I have not received my lease agreement.
My name was not properly written in the first DocuSign even as they have my ID and it’s taking forever to be corrected and sent back back to me for my signature.
The manager Katlyn and the leasing agent Monnie are unknowledgeable, unprofessional, very lazy and unperturbed.
I wrote to Sololinks and yet to receive a feedback.
The house and environment is good but present management is terrible!!!

While the location is nice management has been doing a terrible job in regards to response. Starting with the apartment itself, as my gf and I are moving in we turn on the air conditioning to bring some cool air in. Within a day, I start having coughing fits which required medical attention. I asked management if the previous renter owned a cat of any kind but nothing came up. I found out two weeks later the air conditioner was not serviced. Dirt, mold and dead pollen was just in the frame alone. I sent in a request for it to be serviced. It’s been close to a month now and I have yet to hear

I've been living in London Square for the past year now, today is my last day. The public trash can outside of my apartment has been changed maybe 3 times in the past year? It's a real joy to walk out of my apartment to the smell of dead animals, diapers, and rot. Aside from that, I live on the bottom floor of a four story apartment. Water and sewage pipes are so poorly managed that I've had 5 different leaks throughout the year. Some I've had to just wait out with buckets and the like as maintenance often puts off service requests. One of the leaks that needed fixing required a hole to be cut

I moved in June 1st. My AC is not working. I was told there was a long list of maintenance services that had to be caught up on and that I would be put onto a list. The AC company did come into the apartment a couple of weeks ago. All they did for me was put back the thermostat on the wall, but did not fix my AC problem. They left no note, and although I tired
to follow up with the office as to what they actually found about my AC, my calls have not been returned, and my questions have not been answered.
I also informed the office that my refidgerator is leaking and I need to put a towel down

If I could possibly give a negative star rating this would be the time. This has been the most horrible, and inconsiderate place and management I have ever seen. I haven’t had central air conditioner in two years, and only one maintenance request tended to in two years.
Ceiling foundation is cracking, ac doesn’t work, paneling on door ways have gap , and the inside hall has been patched up and not painted for two years. We have had 3 property managers in that time. I would not recommend living at this property. I have only been here for 4 months and can’t wait to move out. The office staff is very nice, but maintenance never responds to service requests unless you ask multiple times. There is a lot of trash and dog waste left around the property too. Very disappointed, this is my second Solomon property rental, I would not recommend this company as a whole.

Our past two apartments have been pretty bad but London Square has been a huge improvement. We requested maintenance and it got done, weird how that works in a complex that actually cares about their tenants! We got a cute little move in package on move-in day and the office was very helpful. Lots of parking, they have a recycling dumpster. We’ve only been here two weeks and already London square has shown more care and initiative than our three months at our last place (terminated our lease it was so bad) and our TWO YEARS at the place previous.
