The front office and manager Anitra are spectacular.friendly,professional and helpful.

I visited Regency Gardens Apartments recently and had a great encounter. The manager Anitra, provided my cousin and I with a nice tour of the grounds, which was clean and maintained very well throughout. I also loved the professionalism and consideration for what we were looking for. The complex is located in a great area and I can tell that they are consistently improving the amenities for current and future residents. We appreciated the experience!

I spoke with Letty (I hope I remembered her name correctly!) the leasing agent and she was just a dream. I was so surprised that someone answered my call at all, let alone on the first try. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions with patience, offering even more useful information than I thought to ask for. She genuinely cared about helping me rent with Regency Gardens and encouraged me to continue to reach out in the hopes that a unit becomes available soon. The manager Anitra is the best, She is professional, kind, and truly cares about not only the tenants but the community as a whole. I had an issue early in the morning and within 30 minutes she had someone to my apartment fixing the problem. She has made such a difference in the community since she has became manager.

Everyone needs to know that living in Regency gardens in pompano beach over 20 + yrs has been amazing having a chance to collaborate and learn of all new managers whom has not get things done.thanks who hired and allow Mrs Anitra is and has been a blessing to have been part of our family and tenants she is amazing goes out her way to get things done that needed to get replaced many many many years she is someone that was well needed to this property keep in mind I appreciate her she been a blessing and a very respectful and careing manager keeping us as comfortable and safe as possible i fell safe

We went to obtain information in regards for a potential apartment and was greeted by Allison, the property manager. The minute we entered, she was very welcoming and very friendly. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to further make us feel at home. She is a perfect example of what a property manager truly is.
