My boyfriend and I cannot express how much we love living at Atlantico . Laura is by far the best leasing consultant here and has always provided such exceptional hospitality. Any issues we come across , she makes sure to address diligently and professionally.
The dog park is what drew me to the community and the pool is our favorite place to be , when the weather permits. We definitely feel at home.

A very beautiful and a quite place to live and raise a family in. The units are very modern and have the nice luxury touch. The office staff in the leasing office are nice and friendly. Very few times a week there is a food truck, so no need to leave the comfort of your home, especially with was going on in the world. I've been here since January and haven't had an issue. There is certainly always parking available.There's security at night that does nightly rounds, so I'm certainly more at peace. Certainly looking to renew my lease and would highly recommend living here.

Living here is great! My favorite part is how close knit the ladies at the office seem to be with their residents. I love the monthly activities, the weekly food trucks and I absolutely love how after putting in a work order, it’s fixed immediately. The maintenance staff is great and I always see them smiling. The only thing I would change is the gate (it takes far too long to close, anyone can get in), as well as how they keep changing how we can pay rent every month. At first we could use the portal to split rent, now we can’t. Then they allowed us to split if we used auto pay, now we can’t

Laura is the reason I am writing this review! She was by far the best tour guide I came across in the Fort Lauderdale area. All of her residents knew her by name and truly felt like a community. I chose a property that was closer to the airport, but of the 17 properties I toured, this had the most inclusive feel. If you are on the fence, I would say go for it as the reviews speak for themselves.

I have received such stellar service from the time that I reached out to schedule a viewing until my move in. Laura and Brooke are amazing! I moved in on my birthday and both made me feel very special with birthday wishes and a card! Such a good feeling to move into a community that has genuinely nice people working there. I’ve only been here for two days but I love it already. And need I mention, it’s gorgeous here! Hands down the best place I’ve ever lived. I feel like I’m on a resort 😊
