Building 8- Apt 102: My name is Nefrediezha "NEF" Barbel. I would like to start off by saying that I am grateful to have a place to live here in South Florida! My family and I moved into a 3-Bedroom here at Vista Verde during COVID's peak in July 2020 from Mashpee, Massachusetts. The process was very smooth thanks to Roxanne Piche in the property management office. Roxanne was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough - ensuring a wonderful and smooth move-in process.
However as the months passed, naturally I needed to submit work orders for repairs needed in the apartment, such as the dryer not

The year couldn’t come to an end fast enough. I moved here last minute with no other options RENT is sky high for an apt. That’s not even half way decent & you need high qualifications for. That is ran down complex. Maintenance and management are horrible they don’t know how to communicate or be professional. They deduct every little thing when you move but didn’t care to move you in a dirty apartment. $40 for a decal for a car when I’m moving out. Just ROBBERY!!!
So glad to be out of here!!!!

Since couple of months I am seeing effective changes such as security, cleaning, strong followup, maintenance
etc which is a good sign for the people leaving here also for the community as well.good luck

Unreliable. Price of rent isn't justified, outdated appliances, bad garbage system. Rude employees, and lack of efficiency in solving issues to presented to the office.

A very bad place to live. The staff, specially property manager are extremely rude, don't care about the tenant. This property only looks nice from outside, very very bad experience, get out as soon as you can.

I love living here the staff and the place is very safe and accommodating. Thank you for all that you guys do to keep the place clean and safe. I have nothing but great things to say about Vista Verde.

All employees are very professional and very courteous. Any repairs needed in my apartment are fixed or corrected in a day or two. The complex is very quiet and very well maintained. Coming from NY a place like this is what I needed. Am very happy with Vista Verde. My thanks to Claudia and Roxanne for all they have done so far for me. I will definitely reccomend this place to my friends and family.

I came down in April from Massachusetts, to look at apartments. I drove by Vista Verde and I said this is going to be my new home. Working with Roxanne has been awesome. I can reach out to her and ask her any kind of questions. And she responds within 24 hours. I want to say living here in this community is blessing.

So far so good. Very clean, quiet for the most part, wish the pools would open up full time again since there isn't a mask mandate anymore but overall a good place. Maintenance is super prompt and I've had no bugs. They offer orkin bug services every Thursday so I take advantage even though I've never had a problem.

We are so excited to be moving into this community! Claudia the property manager has been amazing to us! She went above and beyond to make sure we got approved for our unit! Has been super responsive, answered all our questions in a timely matter and has been super friendly! We are so grateful that she took the her time with us! We can’t wait to settle in! The woman that works in the office it's rude I will no te recommend this place I have COVID and they do not care this woman keeps calling me to harras me she I paid my rent

I stayed here for more than a year. Decent place although 2 of 4 electric stoves never worked for the entire time I stayed even after fixing it several time. Main manager is Anti-fun.

Been living here for 5+ years now and have been treated well. The maintenance is well taken care of. Whenever I need something, They attend the problem ASAP.

There is a big girl that works here with glasses - she and her horrible attitude is the ONLY reason I am leaving this place. Everyone else is very friendly however she makes me feel I am in a jail and she is the police. Very abusive and loud inside my apartment - I don't even feel comfortable living here anymore. She is a disgrace to business, customer service and renting. I am paying 1500 a month I at lease deserve some respect.

While I lived there, they come in to the apartment a little too often. When you throw the garbage out there are occasionally raccoon's. There is also thieves in the area, one tried to break into my apartment. The police department says they are rampant in the area.
