Two stars just for looks and view. While I was a tenant amenities were extremely limited in regards to access or if they were even open at all. Rooftop pool had been closed from the time we moved in to when we moved out (a year and a couple months later). I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still closed. As some other reviews stated, walls are paper thin so sound can really be an issue if you have noisy neighbors. Appliances like the dishwasher could definitely be better in terms of quality. All in all, could of been better but was just a decision we had to deal with for the time being. I’ll

What a wonderful place to live! Smells like weed 24/7. In my apartment outside on my balcony, in the halls, in the garage, in the elevator, etc... Occasionally the smell will be replaced with cigarettes which isn't any better. The fact that I have to get in my car and drive to a different location to get fresh air is sad. Regret moving in. Not to mention the pile of other problems this place has, I moved into a brand new apartment with a broken AC unit and no hot water, the floors are separating from the baseboards in areas the knobs on closets are falling off. Closet doors weren't installed properly

This has been the worst apartment experience EVER!! First of all this building has been opened for about 1.5 years and the pool is still not done. I have never seen that before... They keep saying it will be finished but every time they extend it. Gym closed multiple times. Be prepared to be woken up by the construction noise early in the morning. The worst part is when multiple cleaning staff and construction workers randomly open our door on multiple occasions like what the heck? ? ? This is a disaster, we will be moving out soon.

Literally not worth it. Rent is extremely high with access very little amenities that are offered. No pool, no gym access, construction noise all the time. I work at night so I go to sleep around 6 or 7 am just for construction to start right outside my patio at 8 am. I moved in months ago but still have had multiple issues unresolved with my specific apartment. Definitely will not be renewing

During the pandemic I had to work from home. I left my former apartment because we were next door to a very hyper homeschooled young boy who was always shouting and banging on the walls. When I did the tour at envy I explained I was looking for a quiet place where I could work from home because I’m in senior management and in meetings all day. I was assured envy fit the bill. After I moved in, my next door neighbor would blare music all day long that would shake the walls on the opposite side of the apartment. I went to management multiple times and was told

The pool has been closed the whole time . Theres always construction . The rent is high. It looks great dont get me wrong . But id rather visit someone who lives here instead of live. Its too much money to be dealing with so much b.S . The managers dont even reply to emails ? Its living in a themepark with no fast past. Yeah its cool till u realize u been in kine for hours and the chicken tenders cost 30 bucks

When i arrived here i did a great evaluation for the apartment, but with time everything i thought was good changed!!!! I'm paying $2000 in rent and I don't have the right to a swimming pool or gym.. all things are closed, and even today they did it with my car, because they said I didn't register my car, and when I did the lease, I already had everything registered, this is really absurd! other than that it's just construction all day, noises from 8 am to 6 pm, unbearable!!!!
