In this day and age 'customer service' is the prime objective.
We purchased a property and our realtor recomended Total Inspections.
The process was 'ok' and they were on time.
This guy had the personality of a 'speed bump' and after we had moved in I reached out to him just to answer a question about something I felt he should have checked during the inspection and you guessed it, he didn't even have the decency to pick up his flip phone and return my call.

Edit: They did email me back to fix. Perhaps I was a little hasty.
You're buying a house, there's so many components to this and you figure your Realtor offers to just choose a home inspector for you, you should take it at face value. Not only did it not make life easier, dealing with this company has added to my already stressful home buying experience in this super hot seller's marker.
Beware dealing with this joke of a company. They had my name wrong, which they were asked to correct at the inspection and didn't. Got about 3 emails requesting payment and a docusign that
