My mom and I recommend Jennifer Moose and Kristin Frederickson! They were very helpful when it came time for my mom to move into Parc River. They had so much patience. When we finally got to meet them, it felt like we knew them for a long time. Everyone we pass by in the complex is so friendly welcoming. Parc at Broad River is a great place to live!

My husband and I absolutely loved our time at Parc! When we came to Beaufort looking for a place to live knowing we’d be moving to the area as recent graduates and newlyweds, we stopped dead in our tracks when we saw these gorgeous water views! We were initially walk ins requesting a tour, and Donna made us feel so at home and excited about being… there that we signed the lease that same day!

It's really sad to know that the people who own this complex are kicking out a bunch of low income families in the trailer park next to them to build another expensive apartment complex. It is so sad to see all of these families being given 30 days or become homeless this town should really be ashamed of itself and I cannot wait to move myself and my business out of here
